Châu Anh Hotel Đà Nẵng - by Bay Luxury

This booking made the whole planned trip to witness the Danang International Fireworks Festival a nightmare. When my brother arrived at the hotel, the receptionist said that they did not list their property in Trip.com thus, they cannot allow him to enter. I called the customer service and they provided us with another booking no. as the booking was made through another partner/third party. We went to have this new booking no. checked but the receptionist was adamant about not checking anything since he said it might have come from a fake website. I called the call center again and they advised us to do a walk in (with the promise of "trying their best" to compensate for the added cost that we will pay out of our pockets), which we did. My brother was able to find a hotel that has a room available for one night after so much walking around, for 12/07, but it was near the city center, quite far from the location where we originally booked. The problem was where to stay for the next night before the flight today, 14,07. We were NOT able to find an accommodation that fits our budget as all the other available hotels are too expensive (waaay out of our budget and we are not willing to pay more without assurance of stay and be scammed again) and despite the efforts of the hotel staff to help us, as it was the end of the festival and everywhere budget-friendly is full. The owner of the hotel took pity on my brother and let him sleep in their office, giving him a bunkbed (the only good thing about this trip, thank God for kind people). So please, DO NOT book here. It is NOT worth the money, hunger, stress and anxieties that we have experienced. We were not able to rest and look around as we spent all the time in Da Nang stressing about where we can stay. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place, one with reviews would be better. I hope no one experiences the same thing we did, we didn't deserve it. You don't deserve it.
