The staff were friendly and the location was good.

I like everything except the location~~ The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. Da Nang's delivery service is excellent, so I didn't have any problems with supermarkets or delivery, but the surrounding infrastructure is truly lacking. ㅜㅜ The only good restaurant is Jollibee. ㅜ It was also hard to find a massage place, so I was bored at night. ^^; I guess it's inevitable because it's a new hotel. However, with a three-bedroom room, it's the best hotel for a large family. At one hotel near My Khe Beach, the filter got dirty in just one day. But here, even though I didn't use it for five nights, the filter didn't get dirty at all. I recommend it for a family trip.

This hotel is quite new, located near Han River and about 5 kilometers from My Khe Beach. The room is very spacious, with induction cookers and other facilities suitable for family travel. Breakfast includes Western, Vietnamese, Chinese and Korean food, which is generally OK. What I don't like is that there is no master switch in the room, which needs to be turned off one by one. The slippers provided are flip-flops, which are very uncomfortable to wear. Many Koreans stay in the hotel, and there is a swimming pool on the roof, which is quite suitable for a family vacation.

The breakfast is rich and it is quite close to Da Nang Airport and Han Market.

We chose this for a family trip and had a great stay for 2 nights as it had 3 rooms. The location is about 5 minutes by taxi from Han Market and taxis are cheap anyway so we just took a taxi. Everyone was friendly and the hotel was large.

I give the hotel the highest rating. They upgraded the room with a gorgeous view and a high floor. The reception staff are very customer-oriented. They speak English so well that even a non-speaking person will understand) Now the downsides. The breakfast is not 5 stars. It seems like there is a lot of everything, but it is not soulful The biggest failure is the spa. I have never seen such horror. And for a 5-star hotel, this is simply unacceptable. I chose the Head spa. They promised extended relaxation. Extended Relax. So, the relaxation begins with changing clothes. They take you to the shower. Where there are no shelves, no basket to fold clothes. You just put them on the floor in the shower. Then the massage room. You lie down on the couch, there is a lamp above you. No music for you, as if you are lying on an operating table. The lamp is shining. They wash your hair for half an hour. In silence. Then a man comes in. Negotiations between the employees. You lie under the lamp. Finally, the shampoo is washed off. With cold water. I say it's cold, they say okay. But they don't do anything with the water temperature. Then they apply cream generously to my face and eyes. They didn't warn me about it. This is a head spa. Not a face spa! And they don't remove my makeup. And all my mascara is smeared with this cream. Then they move me to a chair to dry my hair with a hairdryer. And my eyes are like a panda's, all streaked with mascara. I ask for something to remove the mascara. They bring a cotton pad. Just a pad. I spit on it and wipe it off. They don't give me any water for the pad. Not to mention some lotion. At the end of the procedure, they tell me: excuse me, we don't have hot water to wash my hair. Why did you agree to this procedure knowing that there is no water. I recommend the hotel. Run from the spa like fire. The price, by the way, is not like in street spas, as you understand
