The air conditioner's copper vent is open, allowing insects, especially mosquitoes, to enter. There's a door that faces the street without a curtain, so the sun is annoying during the day. The air conditioning is the worst I've experienced in Vietnam.
The receptionist is racist, disrespectful, and rude, especially to Arabs.
