I booked a room with a pool, but when I arrived at the hotel the hotel informed me that I did not have an order about the room that Trip.com got it wrong with no sound about it. The hotel asked me to deal with the problem myself and it was none of their business but I felt that they did not do their best on both sides to help me solve the problem I booked to 2 nights. Did not have a pool room I suffered rebuke from my family this journey became a shadow. The hotel told me to solve it myself not their business, aside from the relationship also did not do their best to help me solve the problem. I am very disappointed with this.

The hotel provided 1 massage per day for free, so it was a very happy and comfortable trip. The breakfast was delicious and the room was very clean. Recommended 5 times ^^

Overall it was an amazing experience for the price! First of all, the breakfast was great, many choices and very fresh! The beach was quite quiet at times but had quite a lot of facilities. The swimming pool was quite large and had a lot of space. The room was very spacious and clean, looked very new and the bed was very comfy. Highly recommend!

Caution Tip! It is very likely that you will not be able to see any golf view in the golf course view rooms as they are completely blocked by the trees outside. Only suites on higher floors can see the golf view clearly. So in the end, we were left to face the road outside the hotel and the occasional loud truck horns. It is recommended to book a sea view room if you want to stay here, the scenery is good and quiet.
The facilities are new and there is nothing wrong with them, but there is no socket for the hair dryer, so you have to go to the bedroom to use it.
