Overall, I was not satisfied with this accommodation. The air conditioner did not work well. I stayed for a total of 4 nights, and on the first day, when I entered the accommodation and turned on the air conditioner, water came out. So I went to the reception and raised the issue, and they said they would call a technician. I thought they would come right away, but they didn't, and I had an appointment so I went out. When I came back, the water was still spilled on the floor, and the air conditioner wasn't working well, but the water didn't come out. I guess the technician came and fixed it, right? But I don't know why they didn't clean the water on the floor. And in addition to staying here for 4 nights, I stayed in 4 accommodations in Vietnam for 8 nights, and when I stayed here at Lantana, my throat hurt so much because of the air conditioner, but when I turned on the air conditioner at other accommodations, strangely enough, it didn't hurt at all. My friend and I both experienced this, but I don't know why. Maybe they didn't clean the air conditioner well? The cleanliness wasn't that good. It was bad. And my friend and I had our clothes washed, and it was 30,000 dong per kg. When we got the clothes washed, my friend's clothes had this weird red pattern on them. (I attached a picture.) When I asked why this happened, they said they couldn't compensate us because they didn't know if they did it this way when they washed it or if the laundry did it this way. After using a translator and talking, my friend said she just wanted the red pattern to disappear, and they said it was 20,000 dong per item. (All 3 of my friend's clothes had this red pattern.) We just had our dirty clothes washed, but this weird red pattern appeared, and it was ridiculous that they wanted to charge more money to erase it. But when our clothes ended up like this, we asked if there was a way to do it, and the red pattern wasn't completely erased, but it did fade. I don't recommend this accommodation.

다낭 도착 당일 잠만자는곳으로 예약했는데..목식당도 가깝고..다음에는 여기를 메인으로 그냥 숙소잡아도 될듯!

Скажу так- сервис очень слабый тут. Прям печальный. Когда мы заехали, на кружке была красная помада. Полотенца хоть и пахнут порошком при этом всё в пятнах чёрных. Нам поменяли по запросу, но они были такие же. Уборка только по запросу и тоже посредственная. Первую ночь я не могла уснуть , рядом с кровать по стенам ползали букашки (я нашла в интернете что это гипсовый червь и он меня не съест))) но спать всё равно было стрёмно уже 😄 Сами аппараты пошарпанные, Что-то держится на честном слове, что-то уже и не держится.. Но номер чтобы поспать и перекусить- оборудован всем. Красивые виды из окна. Наши не выходили на центральную улицу, там детский сад с утра поёт))) Внизу кафе с вкусными напитками и прачечной. В целом, если бы не сервис, то очень рекомендую для простого проживания. А если ищите хорошие условия проживания, то можно ещё поискать))) Распространение 10-15 мин до моря неспеша.

The hotel is far from new, everything that is stated is there, but the washing machine has no powder, the sponge in the kitchen is terrible, there is one hair dryer for two bedrooms, it is good that everything can be solved, although not the first time. In general, these are trifles, I liked the rest. At the entrance there is a coffee shop with delicious waffles.
