Disgusting! Would not stay here! Got in late, room was filthy. Woke up and discovered dry vomit on the wall and floor. Receptionist said they just bought the building 3 days ago and was trying to get it nice. Not how I want to spend $190!!

Check in at 2pm. No hot water. Call the front desk. Said they would check on it. Visited biloxi, came back and still no hot water. They told me they had boiler issues and offered me a different room. I told them if they could prove there was hot water we would consider moving rooms. The clerk left the desk and came and told me he checked the water and insisted I move rooms. I felt as if he was hiding something from me. Not to mention 1 elevator did not work and the other made horrible noises. The hallway and room both smelled. I decided enough was enough and asked for my money back. I was told since I prepaid I was stuck, either change rooms or lose my money. I'm calling the bank tomorrow so we shall see. But im done with comfort inn. I noticed this hotel was the highest rated under $200 a night. Not sure how, as I wouldn't even give them a 5.

I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT stay here. The rooms were absolutely filthy. There was mold all over—on the walls, in the bathroom, and even on the ceilings. The place smelled damp and musty as soon as we walked in. The rooms are extremely outdated, nothing like the clean, photos shown online. It's clear those images are either heavily edited or completely misleading. We took one look around and refused to stay. We requested a refund and left. This place is a health hazard and should be shut down until it meets basic hygiene and safety standards. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely disgusting experience.

Our room was very musty , moldy smelling the bathroom wall was bubbly from water damage and it appeared to be blood smears on the wall above the desk. The room smelled horrible , we arrived so late and was very tied from our trip with canceled and delayed flights that I’ve just wanted to sleep . I would of complained and demanded another room if it wasn’t for to tired factor

MEDIOCRE HOTEL IN A CONVENIENT LOCATION
I was just traveling through and needed a place to sleep for a few hours until the morning. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was showing signs of age and looked beat up. There was a loose piece of wall paper hanging off the wall by the elevator. The room was ok. Bathroom was mediocre. Shower had luke warm watet and lower than average pressure. I was on the 2nd floor. Positives were location to the interstate, restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly. The wifi was fast as I had to catch up on some work. Probably would stay again if traveling through, but not a long term for vacation.

Good for the price
Room was clean, staff was friendly, area was safe and convenient to shopping, restaurants and right off of the interstate. Room was older but overall a good place to stay for the price.
