Stay was 2/18/22 I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Biloxi MS. SPOILER ALERT: It was neither comfortable nor sweet! My husband is a diamond member with Choice Privileges. He travels pretty often for work and tries to stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites because he says they are usually nicer than the other Choice Privileges options. We were in Biloxi MS this past weekend and my husband used the points that he has acquired to book us a double room at the Comfort inn and Suites in Biloxi MS. Upon arrival I was completely horrified. At first, I thought this must be some kind of a joke. Maybe I was on “What Would You Do” and John Quonines was going to meet me down at the front desk. Nope! It was legit! I have pictures of my room!! The previous occupants had left their boarding pass laying in the floor (no one picked it up). There was trash under the bed (including a bottle of fingernail polish, a Ziplock bag, a plastic tree, and a cup among other things. Behind the headboard of both beds and the TV stand someone had poured sand out. I don’t mean they shook out their towel after being at the beach. I mean it looks like someone had a cup of sand and poured it out! I could not even begin to tell you when the last time that place had been vacuumed or dusted. There was sand and dirt everywhere. The nightstand was covered in dust. I took a pic of the back corner of the nightstand shelf and there was so much dirt and dust that you could tell it hadn’t been dusted in weeks, or LONGER. After seeing this I got worried about the beds we were suppose to sleep in. When I inspected the top cover, it had hair on it. The comforter was stained. When I pulled the sheets back guess what, MORE HAIR! It was clear the bedding had not been changed. I then lifted the mattress up there was hair and food under the mattress on the bed skirt. The walls of the bedroom were dirty and there was a huge nasty stain (not sure what it was, was black and brown) on the curtain. I went down to the front desk and told the man that my room was dirty. I said “I have pictures, would you like to see them?” He did not want to see. Never even looked. He just said he would have someone look at it and gave me another room. So, I go gather my belongings from the dumpster fire that was my room and head to my next room on a different floor. When I got there, I thought I had better check things out. There wasn’t any sand so that was a plus! However that is where things went downhill. The bathroom needed mopped and there was a hair in the sink but other than that the bathroom was clean. The room was dusty. Dusty as in you could run your finger across ANY surface in the room and come back with a finger full of dust. Then I started looking at the beds. MORE HAIR! Hair on the comforter, hair on the sheets. The corner of my comforter looked like it had been ran over. It had black tire marks on it. Again, the comforters were stained. One stain looked like urine, one looked like mustard (wa
