This is a perfect example of an excellent family hotel for travelers at a decent price. I cannot say enough positive about the cleanliness the condition and the service we received while we stayed at the buffet in the morning was very very good.

It's an older Home2Suites but I was satisfied. I was driving very late and needed a good hotel for the night. I was greeted by Michelle and she was awesome. The breakfast is remarkable and plenty to choose from. It is also right by Interstate 10 and close to the beach. A really great hotel. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Very clean & spacious rooms. Basic accommodations with all that I needed for a pleasant stay. Friendly staff; contactless checkin & checkout with digital key ( which I absolutely love). Breakfast could be better in comparison to other Home 2/Hilton properties. Great location off interstate & near shopping & restaurants. I will stay again.

Everyone planning to stay in this hotel you will find your room not clean. They don’t send cleaning people to make your bed and take trash in your room. Poor room cleaning management. I ask receptionist to send clean towels to my room and send someone to clean my room and they never come for 3 times I requested.

This hotel is like being at home. It has everything that you need to be comfortable, convenient and useful such as refrigerator, microwave utensils, accessories -- just perfect. immaculately clean. Comfortable bed. friendly staff. We will return. Actually would like to make this a 4 1/2 but I didn’t see how to do that. Once you find this place, it’s easy; but we had to make about four different turns on the Interstate before we were able to get on the grounds. Finally learned our way!

The staff was nice. The room was clean, large and nice. Quiet room. We really enjoyed our stay. I wish they had a free breakfast but there is an iHOP directly next to the property. I would definitely stay here again.

Using car GPS spent over 30 min trying to find hotel. If it had me take a left when should have been a right, I’d have been to the hotel in 2 min after exiting the highway. Finally called the hotel for help & a guiding angel named Maya guided us home. Because she wasn’t sure where I was for a starting point , she pin dropped me her location & with that & Google maps we where at the hotel in no time. The next morning, the staff was very kind & helpful also. It was so nice to fall into a nice clean bed & get a good night sleep very satisfied with the room & breakfast

Excellent hotel with great service and great location. Only down was pillows were too soft. Breakfast was pretty good. Checking in and out was not a problem. Can walk to shopping and dining. Will definitely stay here again.

Room needs a new mattress as the one on the bed was saggy and uncomfortable. One of the seat cushion on sofa was ripped and both were worn and appeared unclean. Room also smelled of air freshener. I’ve stayed at this chain a number of times and rooms always seemed up to date. Also was very noisy from other guests. Between 3 and 4:30 am housekeeping stripped the room next to us which woke us up. A few other nearby rooms had also been stripped.
