Stayed 2 nights last week. Check in was a fiasco as fellow traveler had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights using Choice Points. The clerk was afraid to tell us that there was a black out period in April and May and had to use credit card to pay for the rooms. A $100 deposit also had to be paid, supposedly refunded on checkout, 3 days later, nothing yet. The floors were dark tile and I wore white socks which were dirty after leaving there. The room appeared to be clean, but the shower curtain had mold on it and the breakfast bar was only available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, not while we were there. We had to provide a drivers license that was copied along with our home information. I never had to provide a drivers license in over 50 years of renting rooms. I asked for the copy to be returned to me on checkout and the clerk refused to do so. I will not be returning to that location in the future.
