I made a reservation for 3 days and upon arrival, I confirmed that the room was in poor condition and the staff was not responsive, so I immediately made a new reservation at a nearby hotel.
1. It was not a hotel, but an Airbnb. There were no direct staff on site.
2. It was difficult to make a phone call to the staff after several attempts, but all I could get was a WhatsApp message teaching me how to check in.
3. After arriving at the hotel building, I couldn't find the hotel even after asking for help from anyone nearby. The reason was because it was an Airbnb.
4. The room was very dirty and the furniture and bathroom were very poorly cleaned.
5. When it's advertised on Trip.com, don't mistake it for a hotel and make a reservation.
