Nicest hotel suite i have ever seen.
The sheets and the room were clean, had additional blankets in the closet.
Big bright bathroom.
Has a nice tv inside.
Bed was comfortable.

New Year 2024
It was an amazing stay, in Croatia, we have picked hotel Princess among so many places in Zagreb. Absolutely pleased with the service, cleanliness and friendly staff, the food was great! Modern furnished rooms big and causy. SPA facilities were quite busy, but this was due to the festive season as the hotel was full. Definitely satisfied and would come back again! Thank you!

Sehr gutes Hotel
Es ist ein Hotel etwas ausserhalb der Stadt mit guter Anbindung an die Autobahn Richtung / vom Meer. Es hat viele Annehmlichkeiten. Man ist aber auf das Auto angewiesen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Kleinigkeiten im Service
Es ist ein schönes Hotel es gibt nur Kleinigkeiten anzumerken.
Das Wasser in der Dusche ist nur sehr langsam abgelaufen, die Reinigungskraft war nicht ganz so gründlich und im dazugehörigen Restaurant haben wir zu viert über zwei Stunden gebraucht um einen Gang zu bestellen, zu essen und zu bezahlen.

Very nice, but with overcrowded breakfast
Very nice, new and modern hotel. Efficient and super fast check-in. Clean, comfortable and spacious twin room. Wish the twin beds were a bit wider. Breakfast was totally overcrowded with two bus loads of people all eating at the same time. The line was 20 meters long and it took 15 minutes to get any item. Such large groups should really be accommodated earlier for breakfast.
