Nettes, gehobenes Frühstücks-Hotel direkt am Deich
Sehr schönes Hotel mit nur wenigen Zimmern. Nicht gerade günstig, aber die Lage direkt am Deich, der gepflegte Zustand und der stets freundliche Service sind es wert. Unser Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das grosszügige Bad hatte sogar eine Fussbodenheizung und eine sehr geräumige Walk-in- Regendusche.
Das Frühstück war lecker, besonders gefallen hat uns das vielfältig vorgeschnittene Obst fürs Müsli.
Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Inte värt pengarna, åk inte dit!
Långt under förväntan. Bilder och kommentarer förmedlade en helt annan bild än verkligheten. ”Fullständigt spa” var två bastun och några sängar. Gymet låg i en container och hotellet var två slitna hus i ett villaområde. Mer som BnB än hotell. Ingen bemanning på kvällar och nätter. Frukosten som höjdes till skyarna var inte bättre än vilket IBIS som helst. Fanns ingen möjlighet till middag på hotellet om man inte hade med sig att mikra egen mat. Rummen var rena och sängarna sköna, det är det enda positiva. Inte värt pengar, åk inte dit!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider alles andere als angenehm. Trotz einer Buchung für 4 Personen waren nur 2 im System vermerkt. Dies führte dazu, dass man uns plötzlich den doppelten Zimmerpreis berechnen wollte. Das war völlig unakzeptabel und hat uns sehr verärgert. Der Service war unfreundlich und wenig bemüht, eine Lösung zu finden. Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend: sehr wenig Auswahl und lieblos angerichtet. Da ich viele Bekannte habe, die regelmäßig nach Cuxhaven reisen, werde ich dieses Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen. Ein solch schlechter Service hinterlässt einfach einen bleibenden Eindruck – leider keinen guten.

Wir haben vier Nächte in einem der größeren Zimmer (Suiten) verbracht. Es gibt nur 14 Zimmer im Hotel, sodass man schnell alle Gäste wiedererkannt. Unser Zimmer mit separatem Wohnzimmer war sehr geräumig, das Bad riesig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein, aber sehr gut bestückt. Kaffee und Tee können auch noch am Nachmittag kostenlos getrunken werden. Im Keller gibt es eine Sauna und eine Dampfsauna, draußen in einem Container ein kleines Gym. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere hat uns die tolle Lage direkt hinter dem Deich begeistert, sodass es nur 5 Gehminuten zum Strand sind.

A very pleasant experience, i would definitely stay there again.
The location is right next to the beach.
The rooms are spacious and very clean, the common areas too. Staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast buffet is fantastic.

Das Hotel besteht optisch aus zwei Doppelhäusern mit Verbindungstrakt, innen überzeugt ein freundlicher Empfang und eine Suite mit 40 qm … gutes Frühstücksbuffet, kostenlos Kaffee und Tee den ganzen Tag. Der Wellnessbereich könnte großzügiger sein, die Lage (mit leider zu wenig Parkplätzen) ist unschlagbar
