Leggendo le recensioni di due anni fa' ed oltre ad oggi con l'esperienza che ho avuto ti io mi chiedo se sono stata semplicemente sfortunata, questo hotel è da tenere lontano è una fregatura, in quanto al titolare poi è meglio che stia zitta, persona maleducata cortese è ho ancora detto poco...mio consiglio? Scegliete altre strutture molto più belle è prezzi molto più bassi di quest'ultimo...ma ultimo in tutti i sensi

State lontani da questa struttura è una truffa, titolare a dir poco, maleducato ed ignorante, persona che a mio avviso non adatto per questo lavoro ho dovuto disdire purtroppo , lo fatto più di 24 ore prima avrei dovuto pagare in struttura con l'impegno di pagamento, cosa ha fatto il Signore? dopo la mia richiesta di disdetta si è fregato i soldi lo chiamato per spiegare il problema mi a gridato è trattato in un modo davvero disumano È meglio se cambiasse mestiere è poi camere da schifo

Vacanza da dimenticare. Aria condizionata che non funzionava, colazione misera con paste vecchie. Riciclano le cose del giorno precedente. Cena con lunghe attese e piatti arrivati freddi. Omar credo il responsabile persona superficiale e indifferente ai problemi. Assolutamente delusi e da dimenticare.

Sono stato ospite con un gruppo di amici in questo hotel, siamo stati benissimo tutto eccellente, un straordinario Omar nell' accoglienza e nella disponibilità. Elisa disponibilissima ed attenta a curare tutto il servizio dalla colazione alla cena bravissima, cibo eccellente tutto perfetto. Hotel ordinato, pulito e tutto funzionante, centrale tra Lecce-Gallipoli-Otranto- Santa Maria di Leuca. Si consiglia al 100x100

Come da titolo.. "sono rimasto sorpreso". Per la prima volta soggiorno a Cutrofiano mai avrei immaginato di trovare un hotel così.. Struttura moderna con ogni comfort,camera con i giusti spazi, camera e bagno perfettamente puliti,personale professionale e disponibile. Super ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo...
