Una struttura accogliente che offre ai clienti momenti di relax unici, grazie alla cura di ogni dettaglio, dalla spa alla cucina. Da segnalare la professionalità e la disponibilità del personale, dalla reception alla sala e, dulcis in fundo, vale la pena di soggiornare già solo per la ristorazione, abilmente gestita dal Maitre Salvatore

Tutto eccellente, professionalità, cordialità, pulizia. personale qualificato, all'accettazione, al reparto spa, e sia la ristorazione, con un maitre molto professionale ed un sous chef bravissimo nonostante sia un ragazzo molto giovane. Lo consiglio.

Tutto ottimo, cordialità, gentilezza, professionalità e pulizia. Ottimo dalla colazione, pranzo e cena tutto buonissimo e di buona qualità. PS. Il maitre di sala molto gentile e professionale. Complimenti anche al sous chef ( nonostante un ragazzo di 24 anni) per avere preparato tutto buonissimo. Complimenti anche agli addetti al massaggio, ottimo.

Esperienza deludente Esperienza molto deludente Non andate La cosa che mi ha fatto andare in tilt Siamo andati in 12 con pensione completa le bibite escluse abbiamo pagato anche le bottiglie d acqua a 3 euro a litro a 5 euro 1 litro si coca cola Cibo scarso e pochissima scelta. Mai più.

bhe una struttura ben pulita , nuova , centro benessere piccola ma efficace , diciamo che è una struttura come concetto vecchio tipo con un cucina rimasta indietro anni luce rispetto a cosa e’ la ristorazione attuale , inoltre letti aggiuntivi ridicoli da nanetti ! Ottima pulizia e se magari il personale alla reception potrebbe essere un po’ più sorridente , non sarebbe male ….

Con alcuni amici ho prenotato questo resort dal 29/12/24 al 02/01/25 con l'intento di visitare parte della Sicilia e trascorrere il Capodanno. Che dire, accoglienza impeccabile, camera spaziosa e pulita, personale di tutti i livelli molto professionali e camerieri che ti coccolavano, con un cenno particolare all'attenzione avuta dal Sig. Salvatore. Colazione sempre molto variegata e abbondante con cappuccini espresso portati sempre ben caldi come richiesto. Nel resort abbiamo fatto il cenone di Capodanno. Nonostante l'ampio salone fosse pieno di commensali, non abbiamo mai avuto attese nel ricevere le pietanze, servite calde e cucinate al top (ringrazio tutto lo staff di cucina). Acqua e vino sempre presenti sul tavolo senza mai dover chiedere ai camerieri che, oltre alla già menzionata professionalità, erano dei fulmini fra i molti tavoli. La band, che ci ha piacevolmente accompagnato per tutta la serata ed oltre, ha suonato musica per tutti i gusti. Sia io che gli amici siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della permanenza in questo resort che non posso che consigliare.
