Horrible! We ended up staying elsewhere. No clean bedding, no clean towels, regional manager was hostile & rude.

The hotel didn't look too inviting on my arrival but it surprised me a little in that the room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and the amenities were ok. However, it didn't have a coffee maker in room and it was inconvenient to have to go to the kitchen to get coffee/tea, although it was available 24/7. Light Breakfast was provided. The location was good in that it was close to town centre which had plenty of food outlets, restaurants and bars.

room smelled terrible The whole Hotel has not been updated Stairs to second floor and stairs to so-called breakfast in basement , did not see an elevator HVAC system is very loud and outdated there are no safety hand rails in the shower, squatty potty should be updated to a highrise toilet

The owner CJ was very accommodating, he allowed us to stow are bikes in the lobby and went the extra mile to drive us to where are friends were staying.

I was charged twice for one room. I paid when I booked it and the motel posted a second charge to my account. The motel refused to reimburse me and ******* is hard to get in touch with.

This was a reasonable place with decent accommodations but it seemed like no one cared. Other than check in there was never anyone at the front desk. Nice large room and beds, some amenities like shampoo. Coffee was available at front desk after 6. Sparse breakfast , mostly picked over, people grabbing waffles because all that was left.
