Best Western Plus Cushing Inn Suites

It was very nice. The pool pump went out and that was disappointing, but other than that the breakfast was amazing and we loved our stay!

After a 9-hour drive we stopped at this hotel and expected the same quality we met at the Best Western Delta in Effingham, IL., but later learned each BW may be set up differently. Our double queen room was quite spacious and clean, but mattresses were not as comfortable as Effingham. More firm v softer. The thermostat is not visible on the wall mount. It’s on the actual a/c unit. Took a little time to figure that out. There was no remote in our room so we suggested to the newly hired reception clerk to grab one from another room, which worked. Lady in breakfast area at 7:00 and morning-shift managers were extremely cheerful, inviting, and courteous. We left a tip for the breakfast lady. Initially we thought maybe not the best choice of hotel, but changed our mind at the end of our stay. Plus, $119 is a darned good deal. ,

The food was good. The staff was friendly. Our room wasn't very clean. The floor felt sticky and the bathroom had hair all over it and a dirty qtip onthe floor. I ddont think it was cleaned..

Our room was clean & cool when we arrived. The employees were nice. Unfortunately, our room faced Main St & the traffic was loud most of the night. The shower had poor water pressure.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is old. It has had Renovations, but the wear and tear on furniture is bad. The mattress is old and worn as well.

Property was clean, staff was very friendly and quick to help. Breakfast was good and had a variety of options and drinks. Room was clean and quiet. Only issue was the water pressure in the shower, other than that, the stay was perfect!
