The cleanliness, room size, and staff are all perfect and highly recommended for travelers.

Great hotel, just a bit far off the usual areas. Best if you want to be close to the airport. It's around 20-30 minutes to the center. Especially with the traffic around. Warm shower, good bed and bonus with a personal heater in the room. Sadly no blow dryer in the room. The tub spills out water so be mindful of this.

I was feeling sick, I had a severe headache and a high fever. And I was travelling solo. I asked a thermometer at the reception and told them that I was feeling bad. they didn’t care and didn’t offer any help. Staff was not helpful at all, I couldn’t even buy water from them. I was asking (feeling really sick) for a water to buy in the reception at 09:00 a.m and they told me I can buy it in 3 hours only, at 12:00. I checked the market nearby , it was close. So I was struggling just to get a bootle of water, it was such a hard thing for them.

I guess it was decent for value for money however, the service was not good as there’s a major language barrier. I do not recommend it if you don’t speak Spanish. Even with a translator a lot was misunderstood and no one went out of their way to help.

No hot water. Shower room is not separated from the bedroom. The wifi is constantly disconnected. There were 2 towels for 3 people. But very cheap, yes.

I arrived in the hotel found that the bath tub doesn’t have stopper so asked them to provide stopper but was given a day later and there is no hand wash provided. No soap provided on my last day. Also the hotel staff asked me to pay additional $55.00 as they don’t seem to have record of my arrival to Peru and I have come illegally to Peru.. I have to argue about it and finally they found my arrival details. Breakfast is fantastic and cleanliness is good as well.. Apart from minor issues it is good..near to all amenities .

Nice comfortable rooms. Great location for the airport if you are just transiting through Cusco. The staff are great

The room was everything you need for a hotel. The staff were super friendly and always wanted to make your stay great. Although the hotel is not close to the main tourist plaza, it is close to a great shopping strip and the neighbourhood is nice. I would stay here again.

Very comfortable room, large space, each room has a bathtub. Free breakfast, not much choice. 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. The staff is nice, English is average, attitude is remedial

The rooms were cold, there was no hot water in the shower and there was no bread for breakfast on one of the 4 days we were there…

我非常喜歡這個酒店的巨型浴缸和開放式廁所，非常合適***，不過呢個去水口唔能夠封閉所以我全程用隻腳踩住浸浴了，整體來講有點美中不足，早餐都好食嘅

Excellent hotel, new structure, clean rooms. Helpful team. Very simple breakfast. Great location, especially for those looking for a little more tranquility. I highly recommend it!
