"We stayed twice at the Riccarton Inn. It's traditional with a pub up front and rooms at the back. Very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. This is not a hotel chain but an individual inn. The rooms are not new, nor full of modern amenities as some would require. The mattress was creeky. Nevertheless, if you want a truly Scottish experience full of authentic ambiance, you cannot beat Riccarton. We ate breakfast and dinner in the inn and found them delicious. Had to hop on a couple of buses to get there from the airport, but that was part of the fun!"
"I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Hotel! The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel’s amenities, including the fitness center and on-site dining, were excellent and added to the overall experience.
While the location is a bit far from the town center, the peaceful surroundings make it a great retreat away from the hustle and bustle. If you’re planning to explore the city frequently, be prepared for a bit of travel time, but the hotel’s comfort and service definitely make up for it. Would highly recommend for those looking for a relaxing stay!"
"The Novotel Edinburgh offers convenience with its proximity to a train station, making it easily accessible for travelers. However, the hotel room was a bit small to accommodate four luggages comfortably.
Overall, my stay was satisfactory. The hotel's location near a Tesco store was convenient for any immediate needs or shopping. While the room size posed a minor challenge, the hotel provided a decent experience for my stay in Edinburgh.
If you're looking for a convenient location with nearby amenities like Tesco, the Novotel Edinburgh could be a suitable option for your stay."

"The room is quite spacious, and the tram goes to the door. But it's still a bit far to get to the city center. The tram takes seven stops to Princes Street. Going to the airport is about like this."
"Lovely groups and views.
Comfortable bed and reasonable sized room, but the shower curtain was smelly, and we had to ask for it to be changed. It took several phone calls and nearly an hour before someone came and changed it.
Breakfast was quite good, but no eggs benedict offered, which was disappointing.
Unfortunately, the pool was packed with children and families who didn't appear to be stating at the hotel, and the timings for adults only swimming were before breakfast and after dinner. I did not consider this a proper 5-star hotel facility since it seemed less private and more public baths. Having seen how busy the golf was, I felt maybe this isn't a private membership golf and spa hotel anymore.
All in all, I did have a comfortable stay but found the hotel not private enough to make it a special experience, which is what I expected for the price and given its previous reputation in the community and in reviews."
"We need to stay near edinburgh airport and this hotel suits our need. The tram stop is a 5 min walk and brings you to the airport or to town. We like it that a room can sleep up to 3.
Provide free coffee and tea.
Room a bit small and cramped. No place to hang clothes when bathing."
"Came here for a couples holiday right before Christmas. Blown away by the stay we had for such a great value price! Complimentary drinks at the bar and the pool was lovely. Located less than a five minute walk from the station (Edinburgh Gateway), making it an accessible ten minute journey to the city centre. Staff were very polite, and if we don't return to Edinburgh for a while, we will still be using Delta Hotels for our next trip!
Thank you!"

"Excellent accommodation. Very easy to locate, the transport from the airport leaves you very close to the place. It is very clean and beautiful but mostly cosy according to the climate of Edinburgh. I recommend it completely and above all a excellent price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️."
