Great hotel, there is no pharmacy inside the hotel or in the surrounding area, bring a first aid kit and Doliprane.
There are plenty of activities on offer at the hotel and on the beach, a real all-in, but nothing around.
The hotel is magnificent, the service is impeccable, the cleanliness, nothing to complain about
The city is 30 minutes by car.

Large resort in an isolated position (35 km from the town of Sal Rei) but on a long, white beach. Three swimming pools and free sunbeds also on the beach with the shade of palm trees. Lots of people but just try to avoid the busiest times for lunch and dinner (the food is of medium quality, especially suitable for Nordic customers). Excellent cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.

Escribe tu opinión Ver consejos hola ,el hotel en limpieza nada que objetar pero esta viejo y con bastante deterioro sobre todo en las puerta ,hamacas etc...la comida de batalla y lo que si os digo que la playa es impracticable ,lo comparan con el caribe pero no tiene nada que ver salvo el sol ,solo pudimos mojarnos los pies ,yo cuando lo leí antes de ir pensé que exageraban pero no,se uquedaron cortos ,en fin decepcionada vine ,con una excursion lo ves todo Estuve en BOA VISTA ,tengo entendido que Isla de Sal está mejor

A lovely hotel and grounds, especially the beach, which was lucky as that’s where we had to spend most days due to lack of free sunbeds by the main pool. We were up around 8am most days and all were taken except on one day. We soon found out that people were getting up as early as 5am to put their towels down! Cannot fault the staff who made our holiday enjoyable, especially the entertainment team who were great fun and full of energy. Loved the dance classes and yoga. A must watch is the walking on water ‘crazy game’ which is a great laugh. Food and drink was nice and plentiful and no issues. The hotel and facilities are in need of a refurb but this didn’t impact our stay at all. Room was clean and found the bed comfy, in fact I slept better there than I have in a long time! Asian restaurant was nice because of the range of sushi and noodles available. Definitely worth booking if a sushi lover. Overall a really nice hotel which has everything you need for a lovely week in the sun, however perhaps due to it being slighter cheaper than other hotels on the island, there were a lot of rude and inconsiderate people there, which is a shame as not the hotel’s fault. This fact plus the sunbed issues would put us off booking again unfortunately.

Hotel was lovely. The food was virtually the same every day so wouldn’t want to be there longer than a week although it was nice. Themed restaurant that we had to book for were self service so didn’t seem a special occasion. Drinks were awful.

Had a lovely relaxing stay which was what I was looking for. Although our room was at the end it was so quiet which is what I wanted. The room was lovely and everyday the lady would make a beautiful shape with the towels left on the bed with fresh flowers. ALL the staff were so cheerful all the time. Variety of food and quality was lovely.

It's frightening when you scroll through the reviews for this hotel. All of the "top rated" reviewers only have 1 contrabution status', which indicates half of them are fake by the hotel owners/operators. Be conscious of the real reviews with people with 20+ contributions who tell the truth. I'm nervous to say I will be staying here soon. Tui are absolutely useless in changing the booking or/and refunding, paid almost 3k to come here after you accommodate all of the hidden costs. Not preparing for a 5* stay, which is massive disappointment given that TUI is meant to be a leading operator.
