Boa escolha
Fiquei no hotel apenas uma noite, mas tive uma boa estadia. Quarto simples, mas agradável. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Funcionários atenciosos e cordiais. Boa localização, bem próximo ao Passeio Público, Cine Passeio e Teatro Guaíra, por exemplo.

Hotel se encontra no centro e é difícil estacionar e pegar Uber , pois não tem acostamento. Na hora do café fiquei com nojo da sanduicheira e do microondas que estavam uma sujeira.

Abaixo da Média.
Ficamos em apartamento com ventilador de teto barulhento, por ser um predio antigo o piso é de taco, sendo que varios estavam soltos( pelo menos 5), com pó solto. O chuveiro estava com muitos furos entupidos, por falta de manutenção.
Processo de registro muito ultrapassado, sendo necessário preenchimento de ficha em papel. Falta treinamento aos funcionários para melhor atendimento. Elevador falta manutenção, apresentando muito barulho e trancos no deslocamento.

Mantém bom custo benefício
Já estive outras vezes neste hotel. No geral não mudou o atendimento simples mas bom que tinham. Mas, desta vez percebi as coisas um pouco mais velhas. Travesseiros e almofadas do quarto, cadeira do quarto.

Sem ar-condicionado
A experiência não é ruim, mas o quarto não tem ar, por sorte Curitiba geralmente não é quente, mas faz muita diferença ter ou não ar-condicionado. Essa informação é tão importante que não deveria passar despercebida no anúncio, e deveria estar em destaque a referida informação, sem isso, soa até um pouco de má-fé em jogar a culpa depois na "falta de atenção" do cliente, fora isso, no geral é uma experiência aceitável.

Quarto simples, pequeno e bem aconchegante. Banheiro grande, bonito e organizado. Vista incrível da varanda do quarto. Café da manhã muito gostoso e completo. Não tenho o que reclamar, minha estadia foi ótima.
