O hotel é simples, mas algumas coisas são complicadas. Fiquei no 4 andar, nada de elevador, tudo escada. Se tivesse malas, dai seria complicado. O apartamento tinha carpete. Era um quarto pequeno, para uma pessoa so. A roupa de cama estava bem antiga e desgastada, como a toalha de banho. O travesseiro também muito velho e uma fronha so, por ser hotel e duvido que travesseiro seja higienizado, podiam usar duas. Sanitario manchado. TV 14 polegadas de tudo, das antigonas. Acho que vale gastar 20 reais a mais e pegar um lugar melhorzinho.

Boa localização e bom café da manhã. Prédio antigo, então não possui elevador, o que dificulta um pouco para subir a bagagem. A garagem é em um estacionamento ao lado do hotel, cobrado 25,00 a diária. Os quartos não possuem frigobar e ar condicionado, apenas ventilador de teto, mas que supriu bem nossa necessidade, pois não estava muito calor.

Gostei muito da atenção e confiabilidade, o cafe da manha muito bom e sortido. Mas a limpeza do quarto e toalhas deixou a desejar.

Gostei da minha estadia no hotel, meu quarto tinha uma vista linda para o Santuário de Guadalupe. O quarto e banheiro estavam bem limpos. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. Custo benefício muito bom.
