Hotel muito simples. Os lençóis são antigos e curtos, não é possível prendê-los embaixo do colchão, então durante a madrugada você acaba acordando deitada diretamente no colchão puro. O chuveiro é elétrico, o que faz com que a água não esquente tanto em dias mais frios. Banheiro tem um cheiro muito forte e ruim. O ar-condicionado é barulhento.
Ponto positivo: o café da manhã, apesar de simples, oferece variedade. A localização também é muito boa.

Falta de limpeza
O hotel não possui tapete no banheiro, o que deixava ele molhado, o ar condicionado molhava o quarto, o serviço de quarto não enxugava a água do ar condicionado e nem passava uma vassoura.

Eficiente e eficaz
Localização incrivelmente perto de tudo. Perto do comércio, perto do calçadão da quinze, perto do teatro guaira, perto de supermercado e perto de todos os pontos de ônibus. O ônibus turístico passa pertinho.

Péssimas, em relação ao valor da estadia. Pensei que era um hotel MUITO MELHOR. Fiquei impressionado quando cheguei. Só que não tinha o que fazer, pois já estava pago. Nunca mais retorno nesse hotel.
