Os funcionários são prestativos e atenciosos, porém a estrutura física da edificação precisa de melhorias, o banheiro é bem pequeno com vários sinais de oxidação na tubulação, no primeiro dia não havia água quente e o quarto estava bem úmido inclusive com sinais de acúmulo de água no teto.

Hotel bem localizado, quarto grande, ótimos atendentes e conforto nota 10, mas dessa vez a limpeza estava a desejar. Já me hospedei no Elo Inn umas 3 vezes e não tive problemas com limpeza, os funcionários foram ágeis quando solicitei a troca do cobertor que não estava em bom uso naquele dia.

A cama é de cimento, um buraco aberto e sujo com as ripas de mdf pregadas, não é uma cama de verdade, concreto bem baixo, quase no chão, com um colchão finíssimo e que afunda, travesseiros finíssimos e pequenos parecendo para bebês (1 por pessoa), uma manta finíssima por pessoa (senti frio), quarto com porta de acesso para outro quarto, chuveiro que não esquenta direito, muito barulho, corredor sujo, estacionamento com entulhos e lixo, instalaçoes antigas.

Reservamos este hotel e quando chegamos na recepção nos enviaram para o San Martin da mesma rede. O hotel parecia inferior ao que reservamos, ar-condicionado antigo, barulhento, tomada para carregar o celular na cama e minhas amigas pegaram um quarto sem ar-condicionado... Tentamos trocar e primeiro informaram que se mudassemos teriamos que nos separar, depois não deram assistência nenhuam dizendo que os hoteis não tinham vagas mesmo na internet aparecendo que tinha vaga. Um tratamento horrível. Nem o gerente nos atendeu e simplesmente por volta das 23h nos informaram que podíamos cancelar. Para onde iríamos aquele horário? Total descaso com o cliente. Não volto mais ou sequer me hospedarei em nenhum hotel desta rede. Não vale a pena! Não recomendo!
