Quarto espaçoso e limpo, localização excelente, taxa de estacionamento cara, atendimento ruim pois extraviaram nosso sabonete líquido e quando fomos usar não estava no quarto, avisei e iriam procurar, até o checkout não acharam dai foram procurar na hora, no lixo.. não acharam e deram um desconto do valor no estacionamento. Mas a pior parte é a situação em que a gente fica. Não sei se voltaria a me hospedar por conta do ocorrido. Não foi legal.

Os travesseiros são bons,limpos e macios. O chuveiro é quente e tem muitos cobertores. Tem uma boa recepção, café da manhã delicioso e próximo a alguns pontos turísticos e do shopping. O quarto estava sempre arrumado e limpo, inclusive o chuveiro, a cama e o sanitário. O preço da alimentação estava mediano, mas bom.

Sempre nos hospedamos no Hotel San Juan Executive em Curitiba, para participação dos eventos do SEBRAE, desta vez o quarto estava cheirando a cigarro, solicitei para a recepção e continuou, tivemos q abrir a janela e ligar ar condicionado.
