Viagem em casal de férias pela cidade. Hotel com excelente custo benefício, considerando acomodação, café da manhã com diversas opções, localização privilegiada no Batel e serviços prestados. Equipe muito boa, sempre pronta para atender e ajudar no que for preciso. Só elogios.

Fiz uma viagem à trabalho em Fevereiro/24, e fiquei hospedado duas diárias no Hotel Slaviero Curitiba Batel. É um hotel razoável, classificação 3 estrelas está adequado, nada mais que isso. A minha experiência foi razoável. Nas fotos do site do hotel, parece que é um hotel de estrutura nova, mas na prática achei a estrutura envelhecida, o quarto que fiquei era bem apertado, o sinal da rede Wi-Fi não funcionou muito bem, em certo momento tive que falar até com a área de TI do hotel pois eu não estava conseguindo configurar a rede no meu notebook. O chuveiro era bom, mas um ponto muito negativo que achei é que não emprestam ferro e tábua de passar roupas. Eles disponibilizam serviço de passadoria do hotel que cobra um absurdo pra passar uma camisa. O café da manhã achei bom, pra mim foi satisfatório pois tinha as opções básicas que costumo comer. A academia do hotel era razoável, com poucos aparelhos. O atendimento é bom, nisso não tenho o que reclamar, fui bem atendido pelos funcionários em geral. O hotel fica próximo à região central e ao Shopping, dar pra ir a pé nos comércios mais próximos mas é necessário dar uma caminhada. Entretanto de transporte de aplicativo dá pra ir pra qualquer local da cidade.

Hotel velho, academia fraca (nem água disponibilizam), quartos com carpet com cheiro, recepção velha, elevadores demorados, estacionamento longe (demora para disponibilizarem o carro). Bastante decepcionar a hospedagem, espera mais.

Quarto confortável em todos os sentidos, cama, travesseiros, tipo de piso, bom banheiro e chuveiro. Equipe de recepção atenta e gentil. Café da manhã sem nada de excepcional, porém completo. O hotel tem boa localização, próximo ao centro, mas em um bairro mais tranquilo, com bares, restaurantes e próximo a shoppings. Por ser um hotel com poucos quartos em cada andar, aumenta a sensação de aconchego.

Hotel muito bem localizado na Avenida Guarapuava, próximo de centro e do batel. Quarto pequeno mas bem confortável, travesseiros e cama confortáveis. Café da manhã OK, sem grandes destaques, falta variedade para quem fica uma semana, sempre as mesmas opções. O ponto negativo é o estacionamento terceirizado que é demorado e espaço do hall/recepção, tudo muito apertado.

O hotel me surpreendeu com o custo benefício. Quando chegamos, a recepção nos acolheu muito bem. Os funcionários Samuel e Gisele que trabalham no café da manhã, foram bem atenciosos e solícitos. Com relação aos quartos, as camas são confortáveis, possuem lençóis limpos, o banheiro tambem é bem organizado e limpo, toalhas de banho e de rosto boas, ambiente organizado, possui mobílias adequadas com suportes para malas. Quanto à localização, gostamos muito pelo hotel ser próximo a bares, shopping e restaurantes.

La ubicación del hotel está perfecto, todo cerca de los restaurantes, shoppings y puntos turísticos. El desayuno también muy bueno, bastante completo. Las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear.. 1) el aire tiene ruidos muy fuerte e imposible de dormir 2) la limpieza nada bueno. Mis cosas estaban todas esparcida por todos lados No aspiraron la habitación 3) las sábanas mal puestas. NO RECOMIENDO…

When I checked in I noticed long hair in the shower on the wall, since I did not speak the local language, I decided to clean it myself not realizing how badly this hotel is managed. My toilet was an issue the whole week, the fill valve was not working properly causing the filling to start and stop repeatedly. This would cause the pipes to vibrate in the wall after each fill cycle and was very noisy and annoying. Management came to my room and tried to show me how to stop it, I am a guest not a maintenance person. I also told the housekeeper and I guess the minimal cost to repair the toilet is not an option. The result was it was not fixed and twice it would not even stop the fill cycle and I had to report it again to the front desk/management. The breakfast is understaffed, when I went down at 8 am there was never a completely clean table. Had to pick a table that was used or was not completely clean and set up. FALSE ADVERTISING ---- There is a fitness center on the website and advertised in the hotel but does not exist. I was ready to go exercise and could not find the fitness room, so I asked the front desk person and was told NO. On the elevator is shows level CO, and there is no level CO. BAR --- looks nice on the website, never seen the lights on or a bartender.

O quarto é ótimo, chuveiro excelente. Mas o café da manhã deixou a desejar. O horário é até às 10h da manhã, e se vc desce após as 8h30 já falta reposição de várias coisas. Se você solicita a reposição, eles "inventam" desculpas e não repõe.
