I've stayed at this hotel several times because of its prime location. We've never had any problems with our accommodations.
The breakfast is quite reasonable and meets our needs, despite the delay in replenishing the breakfast.
This time, our accommodations were disappointing:
1. A low floor, even though I requested a higher floor when I booked, and had paid in advance for it.
2. Room 318 had an old air conditioner that didn't even work.
3. Cockroaches invading the room, a complete lack of sanitation and pest control. And on top of that, the receptionist joked that guests were scared of a simple insect.
4. To make matters worse, my room was broken into at 2:30 a.m. by a couple with a child, even though it was locked from the inside. The couple claimed the key was delivered and sent to room 318 by the hotel reception.
5. Unfortunately, I'll never return to Golden Park.
3- A cockroach invaded the room, resulting in a blatant lack of sanitation and pest control. An employee even joked about the insect's presence, saying the guests were afraid of a mere cockroach.
4- Another guest entered the room at 2:30 a.m., despite it being locked from the inside.
