Controles do ar condicionado e dá TV não funcionam, e ambos muito velhos, tanto a tv quanto o ar, aparelho bem antigos. Faltava cobertor, liguei na recepção, me mandaram ir buscar, algo que devia estar lá... O quarto nas outras vezes estavam boas mas nesta última vez o quarto era péssimo.

Hotel em ótima localização, café da manhã bem simples, o atendimento e a limpeza ,( estrutural ) no geral deve melhorar. Foi solicitado 2 vezes limpeza de quarto e havia sujeira ou manchas na cômoda , que talvez já nem cabia mais as moças da limpeza.. talvez uma boa melhoria para investimento voltado para manutenção da estrutura, ou contratar mais zelarodas. Na última noite de hospedagem, presenciamos um casal de hóspedes que tinha acabado de chegar da viagem, fazendo reclamação sobre infestação de percevejos no quarto deles. Segundo a atendente, compreendemos que não era culpa dela, mas não soube contornar bem a situação. faltou uma capacitação ou um responsável no local. só restava oferecer outro quarto, pq não havia nenhum gerente ou supervisor responsável naquele momento, não podia estornar o dinheiro também..Pediu que o casal voltasse ao hotel na segunda.
