Hotel muito bem localizado a uma uadra e meia do bondinho da XV, limpo, equipe muito simpatica e prestativa, preço bem competitivo, mesmo sendo num predio antigo, a reforma e a manutenção o deixa bem confortavel, cafe da manha com certavariação, pratos frescos e ambiente bem limpo, compativel com o valor da diaria, pontos negativos a tv nao era do das antigas com poucos canais liberados, e no café da manha não tinham grill infelizmente. Mas no geral eu gostei da estadia e espero voltar a se hospedar nele

The hotel is very clean, the surrounding environment is good, very quiet. The restaurant coffee machine provides hot water 24 hours a day. This is very good. I borrowed the tableware to soak instant noodles at noon on the day I left. It was very cool.

I stayed in the hotel with my wife on a holiday trip, it was my first time in Curitiba and I didn't know the city very well, and for the reviews I read at first this looked like a good hotel. The rooms are good, but the building is old and it is possible to hear noise of the tube when some other guests take off or bath, which can catch the sleep of many people. The restaurant where breakfast is served is small, which makes you have to eat outside of it or then wait to have vacation at some table. Another point is that coffee starts at 7:00, so if you have some commit early you may have to leave the hotel without even drinking coffee. Another thing that is bad for those who travel by car is that the parking is charged and that information is not clearly available, and the hotel parking is small and, or you need to leave the key at the reception, The hotel also has no academy, I have a partnership with a nearby one. It's interesting because you'll have a complete school, but it's a disturbing thing that you're not at the same place as you're. The hotel staff are very well-performing, but I noticed that there are few at the reception and at certain times of the day they end up not realizing everything you have to do and generates row. One thing that has bothered me a little, although I don't make any difference, is that the bathroom box has a small bathroom, so if the guest has reduced mobility, is obese, pregnant or disabled, the bathroom becomes impossible. Hotel location in the city center, it is more convenient, there is also a market around, there are also Chinese restaurants, the overall is more convenient, the city is relatively clean, the hotel breakfast is not bad.

I’ll jump right into it: the five has some nice attributes. But the finishing touches that should be there for an expensive business hotel are absent. First, no signs when you enter the lobby to check in upstairs. No help or anything written in English. Check in is up an escalator and around a corner (hidden from downstairs view). Next, thin walls and minimal soundproofing to the loud street outside (I was on the 8th floor). General cheap furnishings (chairs, towels). The usb plugs looked like they would last another 1-2 weeks max (they pulled out of the wall when jiggled). Check in took forever as did check out. Both could have been helped with better training for staff. I assume that the person helping was a trainee, but service was slow and awkward. Spa is cold and unfriendly. Loud renovations taking place next door, mixed with sounds from the gym. Cheap walls. Lastly, my biggest pet peeve about traveling, the atm in the lobby wanted to charge 10% of my withdrawal as a fee. This came to over $60 as I was drawing a lot of money - unacceptable, and the atm was designed specifically to be confusing. So I ended up walking in the rain 500m to a banco 24 horas. Brazil seems to be not an easy or cheap place to withdrawal cash, but at least the 24 horas was reasonable. Here’s the problem: A corporate company (probably foreign) looking to maximize profit and cut corners. I know the feeling all too well from lame chain hotels in the states. Best avoided.

My stay here is average for the following reasons. Pros -good breakfast buffet -gym is ok (needs a foam roller and better yoga mats!) -good location -supermarket is around the corner -cable tv -Hotel Staff are super nice and friendly Cons -billing takes along time, make sure you get the right invoice printed (it took weeks last time to get the right invoice) -bar is only one person and takes a while (but drinks are not bad!) -lifts are alittle slow - service is hit / miss it depends who you ask..

Adorei o hotel: localização próxima ao shopping Muller, acomodação e limpeza muito boa. Recepcionista Bruna muito cordial. Funcionárias do café Sheila e a outra moça que não recordo o nome muito hospitaleira. Seu Antônio da manutenção muito educado e prestativo. Ao lado tem o bar nacional muito legal, no domingo teve feijoada no almoço com música ao vivo.

Hotel with old facilities but very good, large rooms, great shower, taps with hot and cold water, new air conditioning, great parking service, great breakfast (I just missed an automatic machine with a variety of coffee like espresso and whole grain breads); The toilet had a strange, somewhat clogged flush. Ótimo Hotel! Muito bem localizado ao lado de mercado e de shopping, atendimento de todos os funcionários sempre muito atenciosos e educados, quarto bem espaçoso para acomodação das malas, banheiro também muito espaçoso. Café da manha excelente! Estacionamento com vallet pago a parte, preço está na média da cidade, é uma comidade que nos atendeu super bem.
