DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. Upon check in, we were directed to the filthiest room I have ever seen in a hotel. No Toilet paper, no towels, no "fully stocked" kitchen. We called Priceline to cancel our room. We were told by Priceline they could only guarantee half our money back. This place charged us the FULL amount. Calls to the location result in being transferred to a Non-working number. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I could only stay here the one night. I had booked for a total of three. I am grateful that they will be refunding me the balance. The room was nothing like what was pictured on the booking site. The carpet was old and stained all of the furniture was worn and sticky. The phone and all the light switches were quite grimy. The mirrors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. That wasn’t the worst, though. I woke up in the middle of the night to go into the bathroom, and there was very large bug in the bathtub. I rinsed it down the drain, and then noticed all of the hardware for the bath was quite rusted through and there were holes where the fasteners to the wall tile should’ve been. There were hairs in the corners on the floors. The water then leaked for the rest of the night. Then, in the morning, when I moved the curtain for the bathtub, a towel that had been used (not by me) dropped down on my head, and it was old and gray, and obviously used a while ago. The pillowcases were stained. It is possible I got one of the worst rooms because it is graduation weekend and I’m sure they were full and I didn’t show up until after 6 pm Friday night. However, this room wasn’t just worn, that would’ve been fine, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. On the plus side, there were no bedbugs, I examined thoroughly for that. There was a refrigerator in the room, this appeared to be clean. The television was functional. The mattress was reasonable for the one night. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

It’s midnight and we cannot sleep because there’s a loud sound coming from the bathrooms, which sound like a loud vibrating tuba playing, just a single low note. And air conditioner stopped working! We tried calling for another room but we’re told they are all booked.

Our bathroom was disgusting with smears on the toilet seat, hairs leftover, crumbs of some kind on the toilet seat, sliding door was left unblocked, dirt and gravel on the floor in front of the sliding door, and stains on one of the bed sheets

Coffee was not drinkable. Eggs were runny on bottom and tough on top. Potatoes cooked in rancid oil. Biscuits tough. For 3 nights, only had limited maid service the first night. Facilities & amenities very aged, and in poor condition.
