Terrible experiencia. La habitación tenía olor a humedad, la llave de la ducha estaba dañada, no había wifi en habitación, las camas incómodas, se escucha música hasta las 2 AM y hacen ruido desde las 6 am. No es tranquilo para dormir. Además los jugos son sólo agua, no se ofrece variedad en alimentación y finalmente, te están presionando desde el mismo hotel para que, desde una empresa llamada Alianza, te vincules a ella para viajar, haciéndote perder tiempo de tu estadía y si no aceptas se ponen furiosos

Es muy bonito el sitio pero brinda información erronea sobre la hora del check-in, también nos dijeron que el almuerzo venía incluido en cuanto llegaramos al hotel y no fue así y además no podemos ingresar a las instalaciones del hotel hasta realizar el check-in. Adicionalmente, ofrecen el acceso al hotel y la habitación que reservas por un costo adicional.

La atención en recepción es horrible, todas con mala cara, mala actitud, llamé antes y solo responde un bot (deberían tener personas reales al teléfono) pero me dijo que podía llegar desde antes las 3 y disfrutar de las instalaciones, pero cuando llegamos me dijeron que no se podía y punto, no más explicaciones nada de empatía solo no y ya, el restaurante solo tiene una opción de comida y en el desayuno pedí huevos revueltos y luego, pedí un huevo duro Y ME DIJERON QUE NO, osea no puedo pedir dos tipos de huevo al desayuno, los jugos no saben a nada horribles, las habitaciones descuidadas, las chapas se sienten muy inseguras, las puertas de madera se ven viejas, deberían hacerles mantenimiento, las piscinas lindas pero sin mantenimiento, los bordes estar sucios y manchados, tienen una cascada en las piscinas que se ve curtido y sucio, la supuesta discoteca es un salon donde hay una chica poniendo música de Youtube, la pobre muchacha con cara de sueño a las 10 pm no tiene ni idea de cómo animar no un velorio, el bar no tiene cócteles ricos, y la cerveza supuestamente de barril la tienen en la nevera en una jarra y le ponen hielo, no tienen idea de servicio de bar.
