Lugar mágico, el personal lo hace aún mejor, que maravilla de servicio, actitud alegre y muy dispuesta. El calentador es un poco pequeño para el frío que hace. Volvería mil veces, pero con más sacos...muuuucho frío.

Es un lugar muy acogedor, las habitaciones están diseñadas con mucha atención en los detalles. La vista desde la habitación es espectacular. El personal es muy atento y está pendientes de la comodidad de los huéspedes en todos los sentidos. La comida es exquisita, tienen un excelente chef, tanto así, que nos quedamos después del check-out sólo para volver a probar la carta. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Procedentes de tierra caliente llegamos a un lugar frío de temperatura, pero con mucha calidez humana. Nos sentimos muy bien atendidos y las instalaciones adecuadas para el clima. La comida excepcional en sabor y presentación. Personal agradable y colaborador. Nunca pensé que podría meterme a un jacuzzi al aire libre y con 10 grados de frío, lo recomiendo!

Magical place with a perfect view of the Neusa lake. The cabins are modern, warm and cozy. The food is amazing! Kudos to the chef. The breakfast is included and has so much food! Ideal for couples of families with multiple cabins. Heads down a hidden gem at Neusa.

Decidimos visitar este nuevo sitio en el Neusa por lo cerca que está de Bogotá y qué buena sorpresa nos llevamos. Un ambiente relajado, las cabañas comodísimas, el paisaje genial, el servicio muy cálido, la decoración de muy buen gusto. Un sitio perfecto para descansar, cambiar de ritmo y desconectarse del día a día. Y estando tan cerca de la ciudad sin duda lo repetiría.

Excellent place for a getaway with loved ones. Near Bogotá, the road was in good condition for the most part, once at the hotel, lodging was cozy and warm and everyone was really kind and helpful. I was by myself with 2 kids and during dinner the owner even sat and played with them for a while so I had the chance of a quiet meal 🙌🏻, food was delicious. The view from our cabin was amazing and we were all able to connect with nature during our stay. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Neusa park with different trucks and also a playground for the kids. Note that at night it gets really cold so proper clothing is needed. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!
