The stay is ok the cleaning culd have been better.. But other than that it is a decent place to stay.

You get what you pay for. No smoking room that smelled of old cigarettes. Clearly not enforced. End tables with old rings from glasses or cans previously set there. Tub had about 1" of standing water in it. Would not drain out. Man in room next door sitting in the room chair OUTSIDE, with his door open, watching the hotel room's TV from outside so he could smoke.

Hairs all over bathroom, shower water backs up and you're standing in it. Don't take your shoes off, rugs are dirty. Coffee machine in room had water in it and was never cleaned. Bugs flying in the room and you can see daylight around the outside door.

This Quality Inn has seen better days. Every other hotel chain I researched was booked up on my desired days, so I took a chance. This hotel is average. It has some wear and is dated. It does have a mini-fridge and microwave, and the bed is quite comfortable. There appeared to be some mold attacking the caulking around the bathtub. Breakfasts were fair with an assortment of choices including a couple of types of cold cereal, yogurt, eggs (not great), make-yourself waffles, oatmeal packages, breads, etc. I would probably try a more upscale facility if available in the future, but this worked out in a pinch.

I wouldn't board our dog there! The inside of room was what you'd expect for the price ECT .. Outside? The grounds ECT were again what you'd expect, no perfect, but not awful. The problems were the other "guests" HUGE DRUG ACTIVITY ISSUES, not a speculation but fact, on (2) occasions both Sunday, early afternoon, one overdose multiple first responders ECT in lot, then after the EMS departed the police remained (5) units to investigate, 2nd.a young man in the lot under the influence of ***** arrested. Then there are the "women of Ill repute"pretty much a no brainer when a guest has a male visitor for 30 mins leaves, in itself not worth mentioning, but several DIFFERANT men coming and going all hours draws attention, Cig butts from upper floor thrown off into lot, had to one more than one occasion remove butts from the hood of my car DO NOT STAY THERE,

The check in process was so smooth, Ryan at the Front Desk really knows what he is doing. The rooms were clean and safe, air conditioning worked great. The breakfast was yummy, clean and easy. Ryan always had a smile for us and made sure that everything was great during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

Upon arrival and checking in Ryan assisted me with offering a member account via an app. Ryan is very friendly and good people person. Ryan offered suggestions on local dining. Ryan greeted me personally by my name and takes pride in his job. Rooms are clean and spacious. No complaints.

Our stay is quiet and relaxing. The hotel is clean and comfy. All the staff from the front desk to the maids is friendly and helpful. We stay with our two pups, one being a service dog. The pups are welcomed and loved upon. The atmosphere there is truly refreshing, compared to some other hotels we have stayed at.
