Nous n’étions jamais venus dans cet hôtel/restaurant et avons été ravis de notre expérience. Accueil chaleureux, sourire, cordialité et gentillesse du personnel, service impeccable sont au rendez-vous. Bravo pour le professionnalisme. Oubliez les vieux commentaires négatifs sur le restaurant, c’est vraisemblablement du passé ! En effet, nous nous sommes régalés au restaurant de l’hôtel ou tout a été parfait et avons passé une excellente nuit dans un lit très moelleux. La vue depuis notre chambre, face au lac, était superbe et nous invitait à la contemplation... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet établissement.

The location is great, right next to the lake and by the ferry stop. I paid the local tax on check-in and stupidly declined to get a receipt - they'd have noted it. But no, i was asked again for it on check-out the next morning. I went out and stupidly handed my key in. On returning, a group was checking in. My key was handed to them. Luckily they spotted they had too many keys and handed it back. While all this was going on, someone, the restaurant manager?, was loitering around. Surely they'd have been able to give me my key rather than keep me waiting? It was like it was beneath his dignity to deal with the front desk, which is really only a desk in a corner of a bar area. The restaurant was cleared up/set up for breakfast until after 1am. Cleaning started before 7am, including hoovering and clearing the restaurant toilets opposite my room. I didn't have a great sleep. I didn't have dinner or breakfast.

C'est à l'occasion des festivités de notre mariage que nous aurons le privilège de passer une nuit dans une très spacieuse suite (no 10). La literie est très confortable et les aménagements - même anciens - ne sont aucunement rébarbatifs pour y séjourner en toute quiétude. Cet havre de paix privilégié aux abords immédiats du Léman avère une tranquilité absolue et tout y est dispensé pour que vous y passiez un excellent séjour.

Malgré un cadre bucolique. Le service du restaurant est limite. En effet, il n’a jamais était autant difficile de commander un café et un thé. Entre les « catso » du serveur et les erreurs de commande. Je ne reconnais pas cette établissement.

This hotel is a little nugget, perfect for visiting Cully and the Lavaux. Magnificent and very large terrace to eat perch fillets with a very good white Epesses. Superb efficient and fast reception. You can park not far away on 10H pitches. Breakfast buffet style very nice that you take in the veranda a real treat.
