This is my 2nd night staying in this hotel, ok the room is dated and you have to drive through Cullompton, which used to be such a wonderful little town that has fallen into disrepair, however make that drive to this hotel as the food is outstanding A small menu and on the evening of my first night I had the belly of pork with creamed mash, roasted parsnips and a side of vegetables, which consisted of, broccoli, leeks, peas, fine green beans and baby roasted onions, the meal was faultless and at £19 for huge portion it was worth every penny. Breakfast the next morning was to the same standard, boxed cereal a bowl of fresh fruit, pastries and juices were present well, but it was the cooked breakfast that was the winner. Cooked to order so no buffet of overcooked sausages and bacon to deal with. Again everything was amazing and the quality of the produce was top notch, cooked perfectly, hot and not greasy. Service by the staff was impeccable. If you are anywhere near this hotel and fancy a meal then pop in as you will not be disappointed and the friendly staff will welcome you with open arms. A great find, which was only because my usual hotel was out of budget range for my stay.

The family and I stayed here on the last Bank Holiday in May 25. The Hotel had lovely sized rooms, it was nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and are a credit to the Hotel. Both the Buffet Breakfast and the Meal we had on one of the nights was very nice . We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel if you're planning on visiting the Cullompton area any time soon.
