The hotel was conveniently located by restaurants, Walmart and gas stations. It was difficult to exit to the main road. They were renovating rooms but started at a decent time in the morning. Breakfast was ok for quick in and out food but Waffle House and Cracker Barrel was across the street with more palatable food. Room was ok. Bed was worn as we kept rolling to the middle of the King size bed and the bed had a very light top cover that felt like a shower curtain. A comforter or spread would have been nicer touch. All other amenities were good.

We pulled up and immediately didn’t feel safe. The parking is very dark. The office and breakfast are very small and dark. People hang out outside all hours of the night. You hear loud music, people banging on doors. The rooms are dingy and not clean. I have never felt unsafe in a hotel until staying here. Comfort across the street is way nicer and around the same price. We won’t stay here again.

The hotel is located off the exit near the Waffle House and Exxon station. The hotel was wonderful. I was able to park in front of the room. The shower had great pressure, and soaps were provided. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was hot. Breakfast had cereal, pastries and scrambled eggs and biscuit and gravy.

I'm glad i chose to stay here.The room was remolded everthing was new and nice very clean.This was the first time in a long time that i have had a good nights rest at a hotel.The bed was one of the best beds ive slept in.The front desk was very nice and friendly just welcoming.They served a good breakfast hot items with even fresh fruit to warm muffins even more choices.You can't beat that i will be staying here again.

Our RV was totalled on the way home from Gulf Shores AL. I booked us in at this hotel, having had great experiences at Best Western in the past. This place is a disaster. The room smelled of something; the bedding was awful. The quilt had hard lumps in every quit square, sheets were thin and gray. The parking area and sidewalks were filthy. The breakfast was just plain uneatable. The owner/manager yelled at me when I complained and screamed that isn't a Best Western, that he independently owed it. I told him I wanted to leave and what was the refund policy, as I had booked 3 nites. He said get out of here within an hour. He refused to give me a receipt and said he'd email it which he never did. He charged me for all 3 nites. I disputed it on my Amex card, but because I had booked 3 nights there was nothing they could do. Stay away from place.

Looks like a motel, seems like a 5-star place. Would certainly return in the future. Yes, I would also recommend it to family and friends alike without a doubt. Do not pass this place up heading down (or up) 65.
