So disappointing. For many years, Hampton has been my go to when traveling because the properties were always reliable. But this property was very disappointing and if I hadn’t been so tired from traveling all day, I would have said no thanks and moved on. The bed and bathroom seemed clean enough and there was a nice selection of toiletries, but that’s the best I can say for the room. Every piece of furniture and every door was stained, chipped and/or broken. The sofa and upholstered luggage bench were stained and dirty. At least one towel was dirt and stained. When I shared my concerns with the manager on duty, her response was, “I know. They’re all like that. We need an update.” Seriously?! Worse still, that was pretty much the same response from my email to Corporate. Wow! Moving on.

Friendly front desk check-in clerk. Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Walk-in shower. Convenient on / off from interstate. Restaurants within walking distance. WiFi. Complimentary breakfast buffet — big variety of foods (hot & cold).

The room was clean. Breakfast was better than average. It was a nice hotel to stay at for a night. The pool was closed while we were there, which was a negative for our family.

There's a ladder in the bathroom with a piece of the ceiling pulled down. The Toilette paper holder was removed from the wall. The room had a musky odor like it had been flooded.

This hotel needs a great deal of upgrading. The tub/shower combo had rust where the porcelain had worn off. The caulking around it is coming off and the bathroom wall paper is peeling. The small sofa had a dark stain about 10” inches in diameter which penetrated to the other side. The hotel is not up to Hilton standards.

Was looking forward to a comfortable stay because of the Hampton name but was super disappointed. The 1st room they tried to put us in smelled terribly. The 2nd room smelled good but the sofa and chair had stains. If we hadn't driven for 11 hours, we would not have stayed. Upon checking out, we voiced our complaints and the clerk was apologetic stating she knew exactly what we were talking about. She also went on tell us that ALL Hampton Inns are now PET FRIENDLY IN EVERY ROOM. EVERY ROOM!!! I'm an animal lover but come on now. EVERY ROOM!!!??? Hence, the smell and stains. Definitely won't be staying at Hampton Inn anymore.
