1. Aire acondicionado no funciona adecuadamente, no enfria bien, inclusive una noche no funcionó. Con el calor que hace no pude dormir. 2. Las camas no son reconfortantes, tiene resortes muy aguados. 3. En bar esta cerrado, en la página se muestra como una área disponible, solo mencionaron que despues de la pandemia lo cerraron y ya no lo abren, para que promocionan algo en la página que no se podrá disfrutar. 4. El restaurante tiene buffet, en la publicidad dice ”Desayuno incluido”, pero al llegar a recepción y restaurante te dicen que solo es ”Desayuno Americano” y caso de tomar algo adicional se cobra la diferencia. Espeficar ”Desayuno americano incluido” tal cual es. 5. Falta mantenimiento a uno de los elevadores, tiena una parte del cielo rota.

Good place and gladly persons

I really liked my stay at Hotel Lucerna. Overall it was a very pleasant trip and the hotel was very nice. Unfortunately, the pool was not open due to it being the off season. At 93 degrees being our hottest day there, I thought swimming would be a part of out activities there, but the pool was ”closed”. The water was dirty and unkempt. The pool was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, but this is considered off-season for this area. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. Room was a bit dusty when I first checked-in, but improved with subsequent days of stay. Staff was incredibly friendly and professional. room service was quick, friendly and tasty. Fitness room was very nice, but water dispenser was not working. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Culiacan.

El hotel bien ubicado, ningún elevador de huéspedes servía, nos mandaban por el de servicio pasando por las áreas de empleados. El agua caliente no estaba caliente lo suficiente aún abriendo toda la llave. No tiene caja de seguridad e cuarto.

Hotel location is very good. It is worth mentioning that I booked for two nights but did not arrive at the hotel on the first day. I went to the hotel the next morning and told the front desk about the situation. I gave the breakfast coupon for two days. Breakfast is simple, but fruit bread coffee has some local specialties.

The environment is good, breakfast is relatively simple because of the epidemic, the overall feeling is good, and the traffic is convenient to enter and leave. It takes more than two hours to drive from the beach, and it feels very close. There are also steak restaurants, Starbucks, and the overall room is still relatively quiet.
