Excelente opción para hospedarse, buen servicio y las habitaciones muy cómodas, el restaurante tiene buena comida con una excelente vista, tiene una ubicación excelente, toman en cuenta las necesidades de las personas mayores

La habitación incluye desayuno, y en área de restaurante no lo hacen válido, mesero despota y gerente de restaurante que es una mujer ni si quiera te voltea a ver, te explica que tu habitación no lo incluye. Hablas a gerencia de hotel y solo se disculpan, no hay tarjetas de ingreso a los cuartos, solo entregan una, el gerente del hotel ya no lo puedes encontrar por las fechas, que les pasa en el servicio a un hotel como este!!!!

De mis peores estancias en culiacán, no corresponde el precio y calidad, en el restaurante nunca nos atendieron a nosotros y a otra mesa , amanecí picada (bichos en la cama) nadie cuida la alberca y la gente hace lo que quiere ,había una pareja ocupando el 80% del mobiliario! No hay hielos para la noche y hay 1 maquina de refresco que solo tiene 1 producto , pésimo todo

Estuve hace unos dias en el establecimiento y esta es mi experiencia: Los cuartos son viejos La alfombra esta muy sucia, aun cuando salimos no la limpiaron No fueron a hacer la limpieza aun cuando se dejo indicacion que la hicieran No habia las cosas esenciales de limpieza en el baño Los elevadores cerrados y no pude salir para ir a ver la lomita tuve que dar la vuelta El personal en lugar de atender estan comiendo, platicando y de malas ni siquiera voltean a verte cuando les hablas y estan de mal humor sobre todo un caballero que nos atendio el dia 26 de diciembre en el check inn. Para colmo decia un precio en el paquete para tomar el desayuno y llegando ahi era mas caro por lo que mejor me fui a la calle a comer. No volveria a hospedarme en dicho hotel.

Terrible service, they stole money from us in one of our rooms, the only person who entered was the cleaning person and even so they did not take responsibility, they did not make the breakfast coupons valid for us, there are no ramps or elevator from floors 5 to 8 so that a family member in a wheelchair had difficulty getting in and out being on the 8th floor, I do not recommend it at all and we will not stay there again.
