Visited Culiacan for a friend's wedding, and had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the front desk staff - they went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The staff called us taxis each day, and arranged for transportation to Mazatlan after our flight plans changed. The front desk staff spoke English. Humaya restaurant was fantastic, especially the breakfast! The other highlight of the property was the M Club lounge (for Bonvoy Platinum and above). The lounge was well stocked with delicious food and beverages, and attendants were very friendly. We would stay here again without hesitation.

New hotel with elegant facilities and a pleasant architectural design. The room I occupied made my stay a pleasant one; The bed, pillows and duvets are wonderful. The bathroom is nice and the closets are quite functional. I must highlight the great professionalism and kindness of the reception staff. The young man who helped me resolve a problem with my reservation confirmation did his job very well. In addition to him, Miss González and Luisa deserve all my recognition. I hope to come back soon. Finally, I think the idea of allocating money and professional help to train reservations staff would not be negligible. We could be losing clients due to errors that, in appearance, are minimal, but that, if not attended to immediately, will soon show us the obvious in terms of costs/guest......
