Four seasons Costa Rica is simply perfect!!! I am a huge four seasons fan… some are good, some are great and some exceptional! This one was exceptional! It’s truly the people who make this resort extra special! Everyone genuinely cares and goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Special shout out to Anna and Luz… the most sweetest servers at breakfast. Daniel and Adrian for being so gracious and informative at the front desk. Mario the bellman always willing to help with a smile. Jose in guest relations always making sure WE had a smile on our faces Lucia, director of rooms, who made sure we had the most amazing suite to celebrate our anniversary. You truly made our trip go from amazing to spectacular! These are just a few of the MANY MANY MANY individuals that made our stay beyond lovely! The food is top notch here as well! From the Mediterranean restaurant to the steak house to Bahia grill. All super delicious! Oh and the activities! So much to do! I swear you need at least a month here to feel like you’ve done it all! If you desire a stretch and restore class, circuit training or an update of your training program Ron is your guy. Ron has extensive knowledge of human anatomy and will work your muscles to their full potential. A variety of yoga classes and sound therapy are provided by talented and exceptional instructors - Jose, Luna and Magee at the exquisitely beautiful Shala or on the beach. You can end your day with a massage with infrared technology with the best massage therapist Randall. My mantra happiness, health and wellness. Pura Vida!

This is a lovely property and we were there during Festive week in December of 2024. Having stayed at many luxury properties around the world along with many other Four Seasons, our service at this property was below what we have received at other Four Seasons properties. While sitting at the pools or the beach, it usually took at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged you. Overall, the property seemed understaffed for the week- which may have led to the average service. The food options were also lackluster with the exception of the steak house at the Golf Course, which was WOW! The property itself was beautiful, and the rooms were very nice. The golf course was stunning.

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. We took advantage of the cooking demo, rum tasting, boat ride at sunset. Definitely, thinking about when we can go back with the kids..
