Publicidad totalmente engañosa, precios demasiado altos para ser un hotel normal, no es un hotel boutique, su cocina es una cocina normal con aires no adecuados, sin embargo todo el personal fue muy atento, tienen un temazcal pero ni siquiera lo llevan bien, no tienen una idea de conservación de flora y fauna.

La experiencia no fue lo que esperaba. Aunque el lugar tiene potencial con su ubicación y el entorno natural, siento que le falta por muchoa lo que define a los verdaderos hoteles boutique. Las instalaciones necesitan más atención, y aunque la comida es aceptable, no tiene esa chispa, no esta a nivel de una comida en este tipo de categorias, que te hace recordar un lugar. El servicio fue amable, pero algo lento en momentos clave.

Rincón mágico a minutos de Cuetzalan
El lugar es mágico. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y para tener un buen descanso. La atención y servicios son los mejores. El restaurante es muy rico, todo el tiempo nos se sentimos consentidos. El lugar tiene varias cascada. Nunca habíamos vistos tantos colibríes.

I had an amazing time in this place, Mario made feel at home, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. I did a trip for 2 weeks and the only regret I have it’s that I only stay here for 3 days. They have extra activities that will connect you with nature, The food was amazing. Hospitality is their strength. Thank you all…

This is a small boutique hotel, so the owners and the staff are always very attentive and ready to make sure your every need is met. They, literally, treat you as family. We felt spoiled! Food is delicious and they even include breakfast for the price of the room. The rooms are so nice and clean. High end details (the owners are artists and have a fine eye for details) Nice rain shower with excellent pressure, nice clean toilets, beautiful tile, clean rooms, etc (see pictures I attached) The outdoor area is beautiful and has hiking trails and a small waterfall and river. You can also sit and enjoy the hummingbirds that fly around by the dozens. At night it’s so quiet and peaceful and the high quality mattresses and blackout curtains will allow you to get the best rest ever! I could write pages about the wonders of this place, but wouldn’t do it justice. If you are ever in the area don’t hesitate to make this your home away from home. They’ll spoil you!!!
