Ofrecen cancha de tenis y no la tienen.... es un hotelito muy pequeño que no cuenta con las amenidades que mencionan, deben concretarse a lo que es real y no engañar a los clientes con promesas vacias, si no tienes cancha de tenis solo dilo, no pasa nada, habre clientes para tu hotel que no busquen mas que llegar a medio dormir

El jardín lindo... Le falta mantenimiento en gral, es caro para el estado de sus instalaciones, regalaron 1 mini botella de agua que no les costó ni 2 pesos, los colchones viejos, duros muy feos... Limpio si, pero muy básico para el costo...

Internet es pobre. Pidió toallas de mano y paños. Tardaron 24 horas en llegar. Después de una noche, no cambiaron las toallas y no vaciaron los contenedores de basura. Pedimos toallas limpias. Dijeron que no tenían toallas limpias porque el personal de lavandería no vino a trabajar. Ahora la segunda noche. Hay una gran fiesta de bodas. La música está muy alta. Los cantantes son horribles. La música sonará durante horas. Este es el peor hotel de todos los tiempos.

Muy buena experiencia desde el momento que nos recibieron. Preferimos cambiarnos al bungalo (loft) el gerente soluciono todo bastante bien, todo el personal muy atento. La contraparte es que si se debería invertir más en restaurar el loft. Si regresariamos,
