Las fotos están muy lejos de la realidad. El hotel tiene un mantenimiento superficial, se ve viejo y la habitación con sábanas de diferentes tipos, elevador que no funciona y pésimo servicio del personal. No puedes retirarte del hotel hasta que revisen que todo esté bien en la habitación pero no te llevan a la habitación para enseñarte en qué condiciones te la están entregando.

Habitaciones excelentes, todo en un ambiente bastante tranquilo. El restaurante de abajo (Bule) 10 de 10, todo muy rico y con un concepto bastante bonito, mexicano y tradicional. Te dan la experiencia de todo lo que consumes 🫶 ya que cocinan con manteca, con masa de maíz, harina y proteínas 100% tradicionales, entonces si vas por algo fit no es el lugar para eso. Excelente servicio de todo el personal, muy amables y atentos. Definitivamente regreso ☝️😌

Visualmente es bonito, pero llegamos al cuarto y el lavabo estaba muy sucio con agua estancada. Luego el restaurante que tienen abajo fatal.

El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones en general buenas. La alberca no funcionó durante nuestra estancia, los primeros 2 días estuvo sucia y fría. Posteriormente limpia pero sin climatizar. No hay servicio de bar en la alberca.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Everything is quite new, a bit tacky but not overwhelming.
The problem is the staff, they can’t seem to make an extra effort to make you comfortable or solve a situation. Even with the simplest things. They offer early check in, with a cost, but because there was a large group asking for it they decided to cancel it for everyone.
We were going to a wedding and instead of facilitating our stay we had to change clothes in a restroom at the wedding venue, stash our luggage in the car and check in the hotel at 11pm. They could have had larger profits but could not make an effort to accommodate us.
At breakfast the waiter was very polite but unable to make a simple request to serve the whipped cream on the side instead of on top of the bread.
Overall our stay was nice but it could have been great. Lots of people go to Cuernavaca for weddings. I hope their service and flexibility improves.
