El hotel está extremadamente descuidado y viejo. La habitación con lámparas rotas y con necesidad urgente de mantenimiento. El restaurante con muebles viejos, tablones en desuso! Realmente un muy mala experiencia. No regresaría nunca

Muy buen lugar en todos los aspectos ☺️ la comida es muy buena, las instalaciones son muy cómodas y el mejor lugar la alberca,la limpieza de todos los espacios también se puede apreciar animales así como aves, por la noche se pueden escuchar sonidos de diferentes insectos y de mas.

El hotel en general está bien para un fin de semana. Seleccionamos este hotel ya que estábamos buscando uno que contara con canchas de tenis y las del Hotel Raquet están muy bien cuidadas. Sin embargo la experiencia en general se vio arruinada debido a que el sábado, después de jugar tenis, fuimos a desayunar al restaurante del hotel, pero después de estar 20 min esperando a que alguien nos atendiera en la mesa terminamos por irnos a otro lado. No puedo decir que es mala la atención ya que ni siquiera se presentó alguien. Fuera de esta pésima experiencia, puedo decir que el personal que recibe el coche, que te acompaña a la habitación y en la recepción son muy amables y atentos.

Breathtaking views from my upper-floor balcony. The elevation is mile-high. The grounds are immaculate, though aged. The restaurant has delicious food. The staff so far has been very kind to this gringa from El Norte, and helps me with my Spanish, which is limited but growing. This place is comfortable and lovely, though it could use a touch-up a place or two. Another review complained of hard beds. I do not find it so. I’m rested when I wake up, and I have a pain disorder, so disagree with that finding. Those who complain about breakfast are also mistaken. I order off the menu and am quite satisfied, though the food was not hot this morning.

Pésima atención telefónica. La chica de la recepción (Alejandra) contesta súper grosero y no tiene la mínima intención de ayudarte. Deberían de supervisar esta área ya que es la primera experiencia para poder hospedarte en el Hotel.

The restaurant service had in the one hand, very nice waiters and waitresses but also had an incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful waiter (Damian). His approach to being a busy waiter is that the clients have "to accept that breakfast will take about 30 minutes to be served" " to be quiet to allow him to explain his perspective about how to request the breakfast to get a better price or else, assume to be charged more" not to mention that he told us there was no orange juice while other waiters were serving it to other tables all those 2 hours we were there. At the end, we waited 2 entire hours from the moment we arrived to complete our breakfast and an incredibly bad taste for our first vacation day. We spoke with the restaurant manager and while we got apologies and a very nice treatment by all the other staff members the following days, the last day of my stay (business portion of my trip) and to my dismay , when a very important professor with whom I was sharing breakfast asked this same waiter if they could please serve her breakfast as they were taking long and as we were going to be late, his response literally was ""well I'm sorry but you will have to wait as much as needed to get your food"!!!!!!! As I am spending so much time writing this negative review, I hope you can appreciate that if I do it is because it is very upsetting to spend money or the money of companies or institutions that pay this hotel to host their guests to be treated and talked in such an unprofessional way while it is also sad that the hard work of all the other staff members is tainted by one really unprofessional waiter.

Las instalaciones muy lindas, los jardines y alberca padrisimo. Pero desafortunadamente no supervisan el servicio y la limpieza. El servicio es lento, en la alberca tuve que hablar por teléfono al lobby para que me llevarán alimentos y ni aún así, no nos sirvieron nada, las mesas del restaurante están sucias y dan mal aspecto, los baños y pasillos de la recepción huelen a mercado porque no limpian, el café de rum servise lo dan con vasos de plástico . Y cuando llegamos nos abordó el Bell boy impidiendonos la entrada, proponoendonos esperar hora y media en la camioneta (con calor y sol), hasta las tres de la tarde, en lugar de invitarnos a pasar al restaurante para consumir y estar agusto, por supuesto no le hice caso y tomamos una bebida en la alberca, las cuales se tardaron 45 min en preparar y llevar. El cuarto estaba a lado de la pluma del estacionamiento NO ME GUSTÓ, movían cosas los empleados se decían cosas en voz alta y se escucha TODO de la habitación de a lado (no hay descanso), definitivamente no regreso y por supuesto les aconsejo que no vengan.
