Really pretty place with secure parking and nice rooms. It also has a cute cafe downstairs with tasty food. I would come back. I think it’s one of the better options in Cuernavaca while not being to overly expensive. The pool on the rooftop is a bit small but we haven’t spent any time there.

El lugar muy agradable, pero cerca un restaurante con musica estridente hasta las 2:00 am¡¡¡ insoportable. El hotel esta ingenioso, pero falla el agua, necesitan un hidroneumático. El servicio excelente: es lo mejor, que cuidan del huésped. También hace falta que hagan la limpieza diaria del cuarto, salvo que el Huésped no lo quiera. Es recomendable, salvo los detalles

Located on busy intersection across from a park, very noisy and there was music playing at park until 2am could not sleep, rest of the night noise from trucks and motorcycles made it impossible to sleep. Checked out after one night. Rooms are tiny but clean. Soap in showers is poor quality. No elevator.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 weekend nights and on the first night found out that there is a VERY LOUD bar across the street with a live band that went until late & thus we barely slept at all after a week of traveling. Not just a bit loud, but very loud... there is also noise from motorcycles & trucks coming from the intersecting roads in front & on the side of the hotel, but mainly it was the band playing until late. I booked a different place for the 2nd night & it was too late too cancel or get a refund. The rooms are nice and it's clean. The area however is noisy so I would not recommend this place to anyone.

El Hotel está lindo, la habitación es muy pequeña, pero funciona bien para un par de noches. Me toco lluvio y había un filtración en la habitación y eso provocó que cayera polvo del techo. En general la estancia fue buena, no tuve contacto con nadie ya que te dan instrucciones claras por mensaje.

Me fascinó el hotel, la vista de mi habitación al Parque fué incluso inspiradora además de limpio y acogedor, el detalle de la hamaca muy acertado en esas tardes tranquilas, apacibles, la alberca aunque pequeña pero la naturaleza simplemente complementó interesante escenario. Mi plan en solitario era por solo un día, me quedé toda una semana!!. El personal muy atento al igual que en restaurant.

No entendí la dinámica de limpieza, en un hotel la hacen diario al menos que el huésped indique lo contrario, entonces en ningún momento preguntaron si podían entrar a hacerla. El piso de la habitación súper sucia, mucho polvo.
