Stay. Here. Location. Style. Sparkling Clean. Big rooms with 10’ ceilings. Modern quartz bathroom. Great shower. Lovely staff. Elevator! Rooftop City view Restaurant & Bar with great music, vibe, wonderful food & drinks. We hung out there every night during our 3-night stay. Checked out other hotels & this is the spot! Enjoy!!

The stay was fantastic. The personnel working at the front were welcoming and extremely helpful. Alex, Mabel, Fernando, and Ana Maria all went above and beyond to help with recommendations and arrangements. The location is perfect and central to all the sites. The decor is luxurious. Everything is what a great hotel should be!

The hotel common areas are absolutely beautiful! The staff is amazingly professional, respectful and considerate! Breakfast was wonderful each morning. They give so much food and it is so fresh and delicious! I had dinner in the rooftop bar which is charming! The food was wonderful and the drinks top notch!

Beautiful ITZA
ITZA is a beautiful hotel nestled in the city center of Cuenca. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and exquisite decorated. Room service was great! Breakfast was scrumptious as well as any food ordered. The cocktails were amazing. I highly recommend ITZA Hotel Boutique International.

Gorgeous hotel in beautiful location close to cathedral. Due to the country’s energy situation, we were unable to stay and fully enjoy what they have to offer. Manager Luis Felipe, Alejandro, and the wait staff of the wonderful rooftop restaurant showed us gracious hospitality by allowing us to enjoy wine and appetizers at sunset. Truly magical setting with wonderful people. Will come back to experience it fully. Highly recommend. It is stunning, run by the nicest people, great representatives of the city of Cuenca, my father’s birthplace .My family, first time visitors, were impressed. Thank you, Cesar Arias

El Hotel es lindísimo, la ubicación no puede ser mejor, la genta amable pero sin mucho conocimiento de cómo funciona el hotel. La climatización de la habitación fue lo que nos obligó a salir del hotel antes de lo previsto. No la pasamos bien, no dormimos bien en la noche y no hubo una preocupación genuina por parte del encargado del hotel. Lo que la conversión costo/beneficio nos pareció no la adecuada.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly and well trained. Normally when I see the words boutique and hotel together, I cringe- but this was very nice. The view from the roof bar is grand and you need to watch moon rise one evening. Some maintenance notes: The Direct TV box is mounted behind the wall mounted TV and will not work with the control. Beauty over function? The rooms do not have air conditioning even though the control indicates they do. Don't even try. There were other issues but nothing big. We would gladly stay here again.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti in questo bellissimo boutique hotel molto accogliente e situato in un'eccellente posizione per visitare a piedi le principali attrazioni di Cuenca. L' edificio storico del 1930 é stato ottimamente restaurato ed é ben mantenuto, le scale interne sono magnifiche, l'arredamento é molto ricercato tra lo stile coloniale e il moderno, un lavoro ben riuscito. Il rooftop ha una vista meravigliosa a 360° e si mangia bene. La nostra camera era silenziosa, pulitissima, molto spaziosa e ben arredata e dalla finestra si vedevano le cupole della cattedrale : fantastico! Bello anche il bagno, ma non c'era molto posto per appoggiare il beauty case. Abbiamo dormito bene, il letto era molto comodo ma gli interruttori della luce sono stati mal posizionati. Ottima la colazione, si può scegliere tra diverse opzioni, deliziose le loro cioccolate calde. Il personale è professionale, gentile e molto disponibile. Cuenca merita un'altra visita e all'Itza Hotel Boutique ci ritorneremo molto volentieri.
