Friendly and helpful staff, clean, convenient, and pleasant environment. The hotel is just right for the price. There are stairs, so be prepare to climb under the condition of a high altitude. Restaurants and shops are nearby. It feels safe to be walking around the neighborhood, which is quite delightful. The rushing river is just a few block away. Highly recommend it.

Every staff member was cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was filling and absolutely delicious. The ambience in the lobby is every bit as quaint and welcoming as the photos. The room was spotless and the furnishings and fixtures were up-to-date. It's in a great location right in El Centro, a block from the Tramvia (streetcar) and a few blocks from the main square (Parque Calderon). There's even a little rooftop terrace where I enjoyed a nightcap while looking out over the neighborhood. Enthusiastically recommended!

There is absolutely nothing negative about this place! It’s so beautiful and very well maintained. There is only 2 floors no elevator because it’s very antique everything from the floors the walls are so beautiful the room we had was on the 2nd floor it was so beautiful and the bathroom are updated. The service is amazing! The breakfast is very fresh no buffet they prepare it for you. I absolutely love this place and will definitely go back many more times to stay!! Thank you all so much!!
