Habitación muy limpia creo que eso es lo mas importante, el personal servicial y la ubicación cerca de muchos restaurantes y museos, caminando pude llegar a todo, no es necesario vehículo, el cual paso todo el tiempo en el parking, ademas tiene el servicio de valet, el desayuno sabroso.

The location of the hotel is one of its best assets, standing in a beautiful building right behind Cuenca’s new cathedral and right next to the famous flower market. The rooms are modestly furnished but have comfortable beds and work perfectly for tourists who spend most of their days out of the room. The breakfast is also simple but has bread, cold cuts, cheese and fresh fruits alongside tea and coffee to prepare guests for a day of sightseeing. The staff is absolutely outstanding and really try to make one’s stay enjoyable.

Hotel acogedor con excelente ubicación en el centro de Cuenca Es una excelente opción si deseas visitar el centro histórico de Cuenca. Cuenta con servicio de Valet Parking. La atención del personal es excelente, siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad que se presente. Puedes elegir entre habitaciones normales las cuales son muy cómodas o suites con servicios premium. El alojamiento incluye desayuno.

El precio es muy alto. No es un hotel boutique. El 80% de las fotos son falsas. Los empleados son buenas pero las instalaciones son PÉSIMAS ES UN EDIFICIO de tres pisos sin ascensor con escaleras demasiado altas. Las sillas oxidadas.

A localização é ótima, atrás da igreja principal é ao lado da praça das flores. O prédio é patrimônio e sua restauração foi bem feliz. A sacada do quarto que fiquei é ótimo para observar o movimento. Daria um destaque para educação e gentileza das pessoas que trabalham no hotel. Eu recomendo!

La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de todo. Los recepcionistas y demás personal son amables. El desayuno no es buffet pero esta bien, queso, jamón, frutas, jugo, café panes, yogurt, Las habitaciones las superiores tienen balcones y buen tamaño, aunque las camas son pequeñas para dos personas grandes, además muy frías no hay calefacción. El hotel no cuenta con ascensor, lo cual es terrible para personas de la tercera edad o con alguna discapacidad. Desconozco si al realizar la reserva advierten sobre este tema. En mi caso no fue así. Como recomendación si no hay elevador, y las habitaciones no cuentan con servicio de botellas de agua, deberían haber en cada piso un surtidor de agua potable para tener que bajar y subir esas molestosas escaleras.
