Mi experiencia en el hotel incluso si no fui yo la que estuvo fue extremadamente decepcionante. Una amiga con sus dos hijos de 7 y 12 años hacen el trayecto Paris-Malaga en coche. Me pide que reserve una habitacion con 3 camas alrededor de Pamplona. Encuentro este hotel y me dispongo a hacer la reserva. Al terminar, llamo al hotel para asegurarme que todo esta correcto. Y una persona muy amable, me confirma e incluso me da un numero de reserva para un numero de habitacion que me da en ese mismo momento. Aviso igualmente, que la persona que se alojara, llegara tarde en la noche ya que hace el viaje Paris Malaga y que han tenido un contratiempo. Mi amiga llega a eso de la 1h de la noche del 12 al 13 de julio, confiando en que nuestra reserva de una habitación con tres camas estaría lista y en perfectas condiciones. Sin embargo, al llegar, se encuentran con una situación totalmente inaceptable: les alojaron en una habitación con las camas desmontadas, sin hacer y, para colmo, solo había dos camas en lugar de las tres que habíamos reservado. Y la habitacion que la señora me habia dado por la mañana, estaba ocupada. Cosa que descubrieron al abrir la puerta para dejar pasar a la familia. El o la ocupante de la habitacion, se debio de llevar un susto de muerte!!! Después de un largo día de viaje, lo último que una madre con dos niños necesita es enfrentarse a este tipo de desorganización y falta de profesionalismo. Lo peor de todo es que no hubo ningún tipo de gesto por parte del hotel para compensar este grave error. Ni una disculpa adecuada, o ni siquiera un intento de hacer que su estancia fuera más confortable. Este nivel de descuido y falta de atención al cliente es inaceptable para cualquier establecimiento que se precie de ofrecer un buen servicio. Desafortunadamente, esta experiencia ha dejado una impresión muy negativa sobre el hotel de Pamplona, y no lo recomendaría a nadie que busque un alojamiento fiable y cómodo.

Le 12 juillet, à cause d'un "problème informatique " nous nous sommes vus attribuer une chambre déjà attribuée, donc à 1h du matin avec 2 jeunes enfants j'ouvre une chambre déjà occupée où les gens dorment déjà. Le réceptionniste me voyant ainsi avec les 2 enfants fait de son mieux pour me trouver une chambre, finalement au bout de 45 mn ce sera une chambre avec 2 lits au lieu d'une chambre triple, les lits ne sont même pas en place, rien n'est fait, ni draps, ni serviettes de bain, ni oreillers. Donc à 1h du matin on aménage la chambre pour pouvoir l'utiliser. Le lendemain on nous dit ne pas pouvoir enregistrer de réclamation, de rappeler la semainesuivante car une réclamation a été faite auprès du prestataire de service informatique. Ce jour nous rappelons,.et là c'est une vaste fumisterie : on nous dit qu'aucune réclamation n'est possible car soit disant ns avons finalement bénéficié d'une chambre triple comme convenu,, ce qui est faux, un numéro qui n'était pas celui de la chambre à l'appui. Et on refuse bien sûr de faire un geste, ne serait-ce que pour ajuster le prix de la chambre. Plus JAMAIS cet hôtel. Un problème informatique, ça arrive. Un service client aussi mauvais en revanche, c'est inadmissible. On July 12th due to a "computer problem" we were allocated a room that had already been allocated, so at 1am with 2 young children I opened a room that was already occupied where people were already sleeping. The receptionist saw me like this with the 2 children and did his best to find me a room, finally after 45 minutes it was a room with 2 beds instead of a triple room, the beds weren't even in place, nothing had been done, no sheets, no towels, no pillows. So at 1 a.m. we had to get the room ready for use. The next day we were told that we could not register a complaint as the price had not changed. We were told that no discount could be made as we had finally been given a triple room as agreed, and we were given a number which was not that of the room. And of course they refuse to pay any compensation or even pay the price difference between twin beds room and triple bed room. I will NEVER use this hotel again. Such poor customer service is unacceptable.

De 4 noches me hicieron la cama 2 veces, la primera noche lo digo en recepción y me dicen que ya no hay quien me la haga, al día siguiente sigue sin hacer, al marchar del hotel le di la llave al director y si yo no le digo nada casi ni me habla, y me dice que lo comentara. Pésimo

¿Hotel de 3 estrellas? Lamentable. Habitaciones sucias, las sabanas ni las huelas, la ducha llena de pelos ajenos… Personal del hotel nada responsable. Una noche llegamos al hotel y se estaba incendiando una maceta de madera en el patio y no hicieron nada para apagarla, tuvimos que ser nosotros quienes con calderos de agua apagásemos la llama… los dos empleados del hotel desentendiéndose del problema y quitándole importancia alegando que “se habrá quemado una pizza en el sótano” Alucinante. Ahora mismo me huele la habitación a humo… No nos sentimos seguros en este hotel. No lo recomiendo para nada, prefiero dormir en el coche…
