Ibis Cúcuta

The hotel is beautiful, including the room. The friendly receptionist but never said her name and was not identified (there was one), we tried to make a booking and couldn't, we went to the hotel directly and the price tripled it and the room was simpler ... too expensive to the quality of service ... called the reception to ask towels and security said that it was not his job, they had to call then, they had to wait for the receptionist to get out of business and he stopped there what manager. I asked for a glass of water and they told me I had to buy it (in humiliating hotels, coffee or tea they offer you and in luxury hotels there should be water dispensers. which had to be if or if with card ... there was no soap in the shower, we had to use the soap of the lavast handle dispenser. We were delivered 1 single room card, we went out and could not leave the air conditioning on and warm ... The room has a window with a single-panel garden, which was covered by a desk, almost impossible to roll. The beds look like beds, there was no paperboard in the room, the TV control was inside a paper bag what bread or medicine ... Price expensive and included no breakfast and to take breakfast charged an additional extra per person , I got a nice round of lunch with which we could lunch two people elsewhere.
Hotel CasaBlanca Cucuta

The Casa Blanca is located in a central place in cucuta, wich made my transfers from place to place much easier and in my reservation include the breakfast really nice and good. The rooms very clean with A/c , TV with cable tv and a small refrigerator with snacks. The hotel also has rooms for activities or events i case that you have a special occasion. The staff in the hotel they treat me like a king I dont have any complaints at all, I remember Sandra in the reception and the others ladies there and I apologize if I dont remember all the names but all of them are really nice. The restauran cabá literally I try most of the food in the card but the tomahawk steak is really nice, Miguel and his partner that I dont remember her name both of them are really kind, the others too but most of time they are the one who attended me. The other restaurant is in the roof the name is 360 they prepare a nice cocktail the name is Santa Maria is like a sangria but a little bit stronger is really nice. I Congratulate Mr.Jesus (who is in charge of the hotel) for all the help and excelent staff of the hotel. I definitely return.

Hotel Faranda Bolivar Cucuta, a Member of Radisson Individuals

The hotel was clean, safe and the personnel was very diligent. I have nothing to comply but the little water when taking a shower. Don’t understand why it was too little, it might be the water pressure in the pipes. Other than that, I felt it is a great hotel.
Hotel Casino Internacional

NO TIENEN.
