Excelente Hotel, buena ubicación para la zona industrial de Izcalli, el mejor hotel de la zona y al mismo nivel de hoteles del centro, evitas el tráfico a la ciudad con la misma experiencia, los alimentos y bebidas de calidad, el servicio muy amigable, el personal te hace sentir bienvenido y acogido, tienen un game zone, con xbox y billar así como un bar 360 donde pasan partidos

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, tiene una plaza y con muchos comercios. La habitacion estaba muy bien, la verdad estuve muy comoda y atendida. Ampliamente recomendable para personas que viajan por trabajo/negocios a la zona de Cuautitlan/Tepotzotlan.

En general estuvo bien, mi estancia fue satisfactoria, tiene buen sabor la comida, el servicio de cena y room service genial, las porciones de comida son grandes y te dejan satsfecho, la habitacion bonita y muy limpia, el check in rapido y la señorita de recepcion super amable solo recomiendo mejores colchones para un mejor descanso, un poco duros, mejor mantenimiento en el area de la alberca, y el servico de taxis no es particular del hotel como lo ofrecen

Lugar limpio, buenas camas y almohadas. Excelente atención y una habitación moderna y limpia a la que me gusta llegar ya que se que voy a descansar. En comparación con otros hoteles, este tiene para mi, la ventaja de tener el tipo de cama y almohadas que me ayudan a dormir y eso es muy bueno.

Agradezco la atención de Samantha, Fernanda y Jaime que durante mi estancia fue de lo mejor, estuvieron al pendiente de lo que necesite en la hora de comida. Su amabilidad fue en todo momento y se dirigieron con mucho respeto en todo momento.

pase 10 días, la limpieza, espacios comunes y habitaciones muy buenos calidad de la comida y sobre todo la amabilidad y disponibilidad de ayudar del personal es magnifica felicitaciones...cerca se encuentran muchas opciones para pasar el tiempo libre, hacer comprar o divertirse, sin olvidar que estamos hablando de Ciudad de México con todos sus atractivos y gastronomía

Dejé mi ropa para lavanderia hace 3 semanas como lo vengo haciendo hace meses , desde el 2do dia vengo preguntando por las prendas y no me daban razon, despues de una semana me dicen que las han extraviado, la 2da semana me ofrecen 4000 pesos en 2 partes con la condicion de entregar facturas o que espere la respuesta del ejecutivo por el monto que yo considero (7500). Hanpasado 3 semanas y aun no responden.
